Ive been with A.J.Perri for fourteen years, Had a new a.c. system installed a few years ago and never once did I have a problem. I would recommend Perri to everyone. They might be a little high in price but their workmanship is the best.. They never comeback on a job that they fixed.

When a house is built and there's scratches as to where you can see a drill was use to install cave it's, is there a monetary value compensation or replace?

If it's paint grade, filling and sanding shouldn't be to hard to do. If it's a stain grade, it should be replaced. repairs on stainable wood always seems to stand out.
How do I waterproof my basement without getting a sump pump. Water comes in during strong rain at one side of the wall where there is brick chimney outdoors,
