The service they provided me by Drew was exceptional. The installers did a phenomenal job with the removal of my old door and side lights, and the install of my iron doors was nothing short of phenomenal. They were timely, accurate, professional, organized. And the cleanup was so well done that it appeared as if they were never in my home at all. They swept several times inside and outside during installation and after. And mopped the entire area. They covered all nails, caulked the door inside and out and even painted a few areas to ensure that everything looked impeccable. I am beyond happy with the job that they did. The installation crew was professional and did an exceptional job. The door looks absolutely amazing. Everyone in the neighborhood has commented on how great it looks. Three days after the doors were installed, we had contractors working inside our home. They made huge scratches on the door carrying out materials. I was devastated and called Entry point. They immediately scheduled repairs and told me they would work with me if the contractor would not pay for the damages. They truly treat their customers the way they would want to be treated.
