I recently retired from a long career building multi-million dollar custom homes in Miami, and I can tell you, hands down, your plastering crew did the best pool finish I've ever seen. They are real craftsmen who take pride in their workmanship. Unfortunately, they are part of a dying breed. You're lucky to have them as part of your team. The plumbing work is also the neatest I've seen - main drains, pump, filter, and saltwater chlorine generator.

At the beginning, there was a very unclear understanding for me of all the cost involved and there were some issues. I understand it can happen. But I was a little surprised it was almost 30 percent over cost because of all the peripheral stuff misrepresented at the beginning. There is a a lot of destruction of property and things that need to be done they did not clarify at the beginning. They did a good job on it though.
