Areas For Improvement - The absolutely only thing I would say negative is around choosing the color. It's very hard to choose from the tiny online chart. I would highly recommend offering the client an option to see a sample of the color before the job starts.

Top notch service! This is a company that takes pride in their craftsmanship! I had ES make repairs on the EIFS siding as well as rebuild the facing on our flagstone porch. Everything was done right - the first time. Everyone is involved in the process, and very "hands on" throughout the project. I won't hesitate to contact them again.

Additional Comments - Giovanni accidently stepped through my kitchen ceiling from the attic while trying to correct a leak in the roof as a result of removing the exterior antenna when he was installing flashing around the chimney. Exterior Specialists took steps to have it repaired immediately - Giovanni fixed it the same day. They were apologetic and made an adjustment to my bill so I could get the ceiling painted. There was never any hesitation on their part as to the repair. It's gratifying to find a company that is accountable for their actions.

They did an outstanding job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have had the pleasure of working with this company on several projects, roof repairs and building of a screened in porch over an existing deck. They are always professional, courteous and complete the work in a timely manner. Several times they have gone above and beyond. They have been the best company I have worked with to get things done on my home.

Areas Of Satisfaction - When my roof has needed repair they have responded quickly and made repairs for a fair and reasonable price.The quality and beauty of the screened in porch they built for me is beyond my expectations. I have received comments from others regarding how much better it is than others they have seen. The job site was always neat and clean and organized.
