The guy took new duct work from my dryer down to the basement to an existing duct. The duct runs along the wall to the outside area. He cleaned everything really nicely, but left a section of the duct just hanging there. Lint was blowing into my basement. I didn't know until about three weeks later when I finally went down there. There was a section of duct work where he either knocked it off or forgot to reattach it. I thought about calling them, but I did it myself. I got duct tape and attached it to the existing duct. It's working fine now, but he should have done it better.

I appreciated him letting me know the duct cleaning wasn't necessary so he didn't charge me $350 when it wasn't necessary, but I wasn't completely satisfied with the carpet cleaning. I thought the carpet on the stairs would have been cleaner.
