For the most part, overall, they were fine. I still have their master lock that they left on my railing. I've been trying to email them about it so they can get it back.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Everything was perfect. They were organized, on top of projects, and did everything very quickly. We needed to move in by the 1st, and they figured out a plan so the rooms would be painted, and floors would be done before the furniture was in. I'd be reminded of projects they were going to do, and they stayed in contact with us daily. I was told of plans and when the work was going to be done and when we would expect people in the house. Blown away with everyone who worked on our home.

Recognized Excellence - Everyone was so amazing, so it's hard to pick out anyone in particular. Everyone's work was flawless and carefully done. However, Mike was fantastic to work with. He went above and beyond, texting me photos when a part arrived, damaged. We worked out the issue, and he immediately was on top of it. He's extremely good at what he does, knowledgeable and just as importantly, friendly and easy to deal with. He listed to us, we never felt like he was blowing us off or that he knew better. Our dog loves him, too, and she's kinda bratty.

Additional Comments - Thank you for everything you have all done to make our house a home. Without any of you, I'm sure you wouldn't have such a solid team. Each of you played a strong role in pulling everything off. I know we didn't have a ton of work done, but we never felt like because it was a small project, you treated us like more of an inconvenience. Dealing with the insurance company had been a nightmare for 7 months before Bergeron could get started. Jerry Kuntz clearly understood our position and frustration and was the consummate professional in regard to getting the job done on time and within budget.

I would highly recommend them with 100 percent satisfication. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but they were so courteous and did a great job. There was no smoking, coffee drinking, or swearing while they were there. My parents are very religious. My dad was out there watching them and we never had to say anything to them. I couldn't be happier. It was a great gift for my parents for them to finish the project right before Christmas. They rebuilt the porch and they did it meticulously to reflect exactly what they took down.

Remodeling Concerns - When we began our search, some of the companies I contacted would not give us an estimate without us first paying for them to draft blueprints. I found that to be a little shady. But GM Bergeron didn't work that way. Bigfoot came out and listened to our goals, and he had great ideas. Then he pulled together a very detailed (and ultimately accurate) estimate without requiring us to jump through hoops. So, straight out of the gate, GM Bergeron seemed like a more trustworthy company to me.

They were here when they said they would be, did not smoke, (from our other contractor, I found cigarette butts ALL over) and cleaned up daily. I felt very comfortable leaving them working even if no one was home.
