I have been using General Environmental Services for a long time. I had bees in my yard, and they came to my rescue.

I have used them for years and they have always done a good job.

The scheduling was inconsistent. We would have appointments scheduled and no one would show up.

They are always responsive, and they always follow up and come back.

They have been pretty good and their treatment works. The guy that came over here said that he would come back in a month or so to check. I don’t know if he has come back, and if he has, it was not communicated to me.

General Environmental Services was very good.

It was a good experience. They did cockroach treatment two or three times. It's better now. I called them back, so they followed up, and they did exactly what I told them. They didn't spray the house the first time, but when I called them back they followed up and did exactly what I recommended. I would grade them an A+ for the good experience I had with them. I didn't have any problems. I would recommend them.

They did some exterminating of yellow jackets. Nothing stood out that I could say, but I would grade them an A. Because the season hasn't come yet, I'm not really going to be able to totally know whether the job was done until the weather gets warmer. Until now, it's been winter, and there are no yellow jackets around here in Massachusetts at this time. It’s one of those things where in another month, if there are yellow jackets, I'm not going to be too happy because it didn't work.

I love those guys. They have done work for me in the past. They sprayed for ants at my house. They have also looked for termites for some of my clients, and they have had a positive experience as well. I refer all my clients to them. I would grade them an A+.

The timeliness of the service was really important to me. The agents were very friendly, and I am very pleased. However, whatever they are using is not working as well as I thought. I don't have any issue at all. I'm really happy and satisfied with the agents, but I think it's the methodology of the product that they use. I would grade them a B+. Based on their service and professionality, I would definitely use them again.

It was pest control for some kind of teeny, tiny ant. They guaranteed it for three months, and we haven't seen it since. I would say they were all very good, and I would grade them an A+.

I was selling the house, so I didn’t have any interaction with them. They did an inspection and put the things in there for the termites, even though I didn't have any termites. The new owners insisted there were some termites there, and I wasn't going to argue, so I had them do it. I would grade them a B+; nobody is perfect. I assume they were there on time even though they came when I wasn't there.

They were responsive and always booked the work ahead of time. They showed up when they were supposed to and reported the work they did. If I ever had work out of the ordinary and asked them to come in, they would make an additional service call.

We were just scoping out a rodent problem. I didn’t sign up for any services, but I had the guy come out and do a brief inspection, which was more than I needed, I guess. It wasn't really any work, just looking things over for an inspection. He had good advice. He looked around and didn't see any trouble spots. I would grade them an A-.

I get very emotional because I can't believe it happened to me. The person that really took care of the problem were the ones I called before. I don't believe General Environmental Services went the extra mile that the other company did, to be honest. They sprayed, and I was a basket case; they just fluffed it off, like ‘Come on, girl. This is no big thing.’ But it was a big thing to me. As a matter of fact, I'm about to start crying again. The men from the other company were a little more sympathetic, if that makes any sense. There are some people with these problems; it's not a common thing. And when I had the roach problem, I panicked and I felt like it was, ‘we see this every day.’ Environmental is the company that the building provided for me, but I needed to hire my own.

They did a great job. I asked them what I needed to do to get rid of the pest problem. They came on time, and they did a great job. Everything was clear and gone. They were very nice and very honest. I really liked them very much. I would grade them an A+.

They came out right away and they told me they would start the next day and were there that day. They followed up a week later to make sure everything was going right and put out more bait. Everything was above and beyond. He told me other things I could do to address problems, although there was no problem at that time. I would grade them an A.
