When I approached management about it, they told me to work with her anyway. It made the process harder. I would give 10 stars to everyone else. It was very puzzling and difficult to work with someone that I did not get along great with. I would still recommend them, I still loved some of the people. That is a flaw in their organization​.

Gilman's Kitchens $ Baths had a large display of available cabinets and countertops. Kathy took her time and showed me different price points and combinations of cabinets and quartz- and never lost patience when I changed my mind!

I was referred to Gilmans Kitchen & Baths through my work Concierge Service and I cannot say enough on how happy I have been with both John and Jane on the bathroom/kitchen remodel. Both were most helpful with the suggestions, planning all the way through the project.

We needed major structural work to repair a room and renovate an old kitchen. Our review of Gilmans is mixed. On the one hand, their professional courtesy, and that of every subcontractor, was impeccable. The one time we interviewed a rude and difficult sub, Gilmans immediately removed them and replaced them with a great one. Also, their design studio was helpful and thorough, walked through each decision with us, and was knowledgeable about conflicts between design elements (that doesn't fit next to this). Although they suggested high-end finishes and brands, they never insisted on them and often suggested moderate ones as well. Finally, every single detail of the work is done to excellent workmanship standards. They made every single error right, big or small. We are very happy with the physical results. That said, their communication was terrible; we usually had to ping them for any details of what would happen next, and they consistently responded (or showed up for appointments) later than they had promised. Also, they overran their final schedule by 2.5 months (last schedule revision in Jan, due to complete mid-Feb, dropped off the final papers early May). Most of the schedule was followed well during the major trade portions, but the closer to done we got, the less we could reach them.

We have been extremely satisfied with our experience. Having had a nightmare experience with a prior kitchen design, this project was a breeze. Our designer, Rich DiCola was by our side every step of the way--selection of products, design, and throughout the installation. He has continued to monitor our satisfaction with this project andhas responded promptly to any questions we have. Our contact with everyone at Gilmans was positive and we are delighted with the end result.

Our designer and her crew made the transformation of our Master Bath effortless and we could not be more pleased with the out come! The space was transformed from an ugly, outdated space that had no flow or storage to a beautiful gem. the bath is now sleek, clean and beautiful with great storage and a space for all the clutter...thanks you Jane and all the Gilman's staff!!

You have a great architect Nadia. She is very accurate in her measurements and sizing of thecabinets. Perfect fit.

I wouldn't recommend them with the designer I had.

I have recommended Gilmans Kitchens and Bath on several occasions and I know several who have gone on to recommend Gilmans themselves. If there is something wrong or unclear, Gilmans works with you to fix it and make sure everything is right. I never expect that everything can be perfect all the time, but a company who recognizes when something is wrong and works hard to fix it earns my respect and recommendation!

I would highly recommend them. They are exceptional. I love my kitchen. They designed a great product.

I have a cabinet that I thought was a continuos unit split down the middle with a support panel because of the length/ width issue. While a small issue, it is annoying.
