Since we signed our contract, we have already referred Greentech Homes to three different friends.
The sale was very promising and very aspirational. The intake process would get 5 stars. The design team was very accommodating, very sympathetic, and empathetic to a buyers needs. The execution process, development build team, and project management falls apart. There was a lack of oversight, inconsistency, and quality control. I could not recommend them at this point to anyone unless they are willing to deal with a lot of hassle and self servicing done by themselves. I cannot depend on the warranty team to follow through on what they said in a timely manner or based on what is expected.
We can’t thank Kate Jung enough for her prompt answers and assistance, when we were needing the occasional “hand holding”, while working on our spectacular home plan from out of town. We truly believe that our worries were few because of the constant and faithful communication from Kate and the Greentech representatives.
The design and materials used were great. The execution at the end of the process was questionable
Overall, I would recommend Greentech but would level set expectations.
Greentech has been extremely dishonest with me and most of my neighbors throughout the whole process. I have told many people not to bother with this company- the good has definitely not outweighed the bad. Jeremy should be fired.
I am very impressed with the professionalism, organization, and kindness of GreenTech throughout this process. I would recommend Greentech to my friends and family.
From what I have seen, I would recommend Greentech.
So far so good! As first time home buyers, we have had a good experience so far and have had all of our questions answered in a kind manner. We would recommend!
I talk about Greentech all day and night to anyone I meet. It’s almost an obsession I have with your homes.
There were a lot of oversights. Their warranty process is slow to respond and zero sense of urgency.
We highly recommend Greentech Homes LLC from our experience with the sales/contract phase and the design selection phase. We are at the beginning of the build phase of our home and have every reason to believe that the service and process will continue to be excellent!
Yes, we are happy with out new home
Everything was first class. Scott has been very knowledgeable and responsive and we are looking forward to proceeding with our new home.
The sales process was excellent, professional, and very helpful.
So far, our experience has been great! Scott Thompson was always available and Tara McNabb was very thorough and patient during the design selections meeting.
I don’t know yet, but only because we are so early in the process. I do believe I will be happy with my home and will probably recommend them.
Kate and Lindsay have been wonderful to work with. We were nervous about going through the build process while still living in another state, but they have made the process enjoyable and eased all of our fears.
Communication & Floor Plan Selection has been Phenomenal with Greentech Homes!
Overall we really love our home and would use Green Tech again in the future!
For the price we paid for the house, we were expecting a better quality. The final result of waiting over 8 months is way far from the quality we saw on the model house.
It’s beautiful project, design, concept but with a low quality.
From sales to design to construction, the whole team was great to work with and made the process very easy.
My husband and I had a really great experience with greentech and we love our house so much!! They communicated very thoroughly, everyone was so so nice, and our home is stunning — We’re so happy to be living in it!
We are happy with the home they built.
Our experience to this point with the sales and design team has been outstanding!
Throughout the entire process of obtaining the home of our dreams, we have had nothing short of Excellent presentations and support in helping us make design and structural issues decisions.
My family has 3 homes now in heritage walk. My 1 year old house currently has our living room and laundry room floors ripped up due to 3 floods we have had from our washing machine due to GreenTech not insulating the laundry room pipes on the outside wall causing the pipes to freeze and flood our home.
This house had a major crack in the foundation through two rooms and even though pics were sent and reported to Green Tech they continued the build process putting up walls over the crack.
The other home had multiple issues including a 1/2 bath sink the was completely off center and GreenTech refused to fix. Windows were also crooked and mismatched windows installed.
Paint added to the outside of the house is a different color and was not acknowledged.
It was a very good experience starting from sales until the design phase..
Great service, quality, and design options. We enjoyed working with everyone involved.
When first meeting with your agent I told her I wanted a yard for my grandkids. I wanted a place for my dog to run and possibly a pool. I was informed that the lot we were looking at could accommodate all those things. Fast forward 9 months.....the house is on a large slope with a retaining wall that a child could fall off of. I love the house but the yard is more than less desirable!!
Both Scott Thompson and our designer Anna Kosky exceeded my expectations by being really professional and making the process simple. So far, Wesley has also been fantastic.
From our initial meeting with Kate Jung along with our realtor, we looked at various Greentech Properties and it was apparent that they build quality homes and are concerned with customer satisfaction. For us it was finding the right location which Heritage Walk is.
Hunter Smith, the project manager, is incredible. He is the only reason I would suggest Greentech; his attention to detail and concern for the customer are exceptional.
Mike and his team of contractors get 5-stars!
Horrible experience with punch list and warranty items
For this to be a new home, there are a lot of defects. We have had to call to get remedied. Greentech is a new facility subdivision, and we have no idea how to get a hold of HOA. There were a lot of problems at the closing of the house.
Everything Wesley did was 100% right. Except it felt Green Tech rushed him and our home was not fully cleaned and done properly towards the end.
1 week before closing, we were told our community would be managed by an HOA. Was never disclosed prior and not having an HOA was the reason we chose this house in this neighborhood. Simply unethical business.
It's been a year since we closed. Greentech has not addressed all of our punch list items, and they have not addressed any of our warranty items.
I would recommend Greentech Homes, they have so many beautiful choices of floor plans, exteriors, and interior choices.
The entire process from sales to closing was smooth. Everyone from Greentech Homes LLC was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
Very responsive and thorough.
The build process was fine. We enjoyed the weekly calls with updates. However, all good will was lost once we closed and several issues with the build became evident. There is a lack of urgency to resolve issues and I’m frankly baffled by several construction decisions (unlevel floors, AC design, ability to open a floor to ceiling window which a safety concern, inability to close a window with a suction cup). The lack of thought in terms of how the community would operate once complete. For example, we were unbale to procure city trash cans and then Greentech removed the dumpsters. Keep in mind I was told at the closing table by the Greentech representative that I needed to call 311 to have my trash cans delivered. Why recommend something that you didn’t validate? Additionally, the dog park that’s missing a fountain with pipes sticking out of the group and an orange cone. I would have also thought of a trash solution for this area as well vs. the piles of pop bags piled on a corner that’s there now. Misleading advertisements of multiple firepits, only to find out there is one firepit. Expectations of a mural on the back wall that was communicated by multiple Greentech employees, and we are hearing that’s probably out of scope for the development.
Everyone has been easy to work with and were customer service orientated.
Like the options available to pick from
Well run company with knowledgeable and friendly employees. I highly recommend.
Given the entire process, any and all issues with communication, needed documentation and overall competence was lacking from the office side of this process. Very stressful to deal with.
They were not the easiest people to work with.
Met all timelines, easy to work with, beautifully built homes.
Everything went so smooth. Mike Burns was exceptional at taking care of the smallest details.
