Areas Of Satisfaction - We have used HC Remodel for a few major home remodel projects. We've always been impressed with their expertise of craftsmanship. For example, there was a situation in which the kitchen island island base was not up to standard satisfaction from the manufacturer. Though we had to wait an additional couple weeks, we appreciate that HC Remodel recognized not only the blemishes of the product, but also the customer satisfaction factor. We truly appreciate the honesty and straight forward communication to resolve the problem. Kuddos to Gary, Dan, Will, John, and the whole gang in their advice, their promptness of daily arrival, and overall demeanor of skill and care for our desires!

The entire team at HC Remodel and Design are top notch individuals that go above and beyond every step of the way for their customers. The design process was stress free thanks to Gary and his designers. Once we got into the demolition phase, we had excellent communication from the team and their state of the art demo equipment allowed us to continue to sleep in our own room while our Master Bathroom was being renovated which was a HUGE bonus for us. The outcome of our bathroom was beyond what we expected. All of the tile work, electrical work, painting, and fixtures were of the highest quality and we absolutely LOVE our Master Bathroom thanks to entire crew at HC Remodel and Design. We highly recommend!!!!

Communication - Communication was efficient and prompt. EVERYONE at HC Remodel respected my decisions, steered me in the right direction when I needed help, offered great suggestions and solutions to problems, and when I changed my mind a couple times, they were understanding and happy to accommodate my wishes.

Clean & Safe - They removed my artwork from the walls for safety, created plastic tents and ventilated the rooms with a big air filter to manage the dust, and everyday I returned home to find the place as tidy as it could be.

This was a very small project for HC Remodel and I was always kept informed on their progress. I trusted them to come into my house if I wasn’t home and they always cleaned up. I would highly recommend HC Remodel. They were recommended to me by two customers and HC Remodel’s quality and attention to detail was above and beyond. Gary does not cut corners.

In regards to #5, HC Remodel's workmanship was high quality. However, the reason for giving a '3' vs. '4' was that the supplier fell short in some cases - the back of our kitchen island needed to be sent back due to a big blotch in the wood (or something of that nature), as well as one of the island drawers was not up to par -- corner notch was off-center/not glued perciesely into place. I do appreciate the quality of workmanship by HC Remodel and how they were effective in correcting the supplier's errors.

Daniel Lund (supervisor) was always spot on with what to expect throughout the whole process. Gary, as well as the rest of the team, were most pleasant and approachable in response to every question or concern we had. We truly appreciate how well-together, prompt timing each day of work, and perfessional the team was!

HC Remodel and Design came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Our Bathroom - Bedroom remodel is like a 5 star hotel now. We are in awe that this is all ours and all the work was done while we lived in a spare bedroom.
