Were were very pleased with all aspects of our purchase at Haile Kitchens and Bath. Brad was very patient and helpful in helping us pick out the counter top, the fixtures and back splash. We did not feel rushed or pressured during the process. Everyone of the workers coming to our house we very professional, friendly, and easy to work with during the installation. Jay, the project manger was a very caring and efficient supervisor of the whole process. We could not be more pleased with the entire process

You always hear horror stories about home remodels but we have to say, Haile Kitchen & Bath did an absolutely terrific job for us. There wasn't one time during the entire process where we felt concerned or nervous about any of the work being done at the house. To a man, everyone was respectful, courteous and cared about the work they did for us. Like most home-owners faced with a large remodel, it was a little overwhelming to think about how to get the process started but HKB guided us through the entire planning, design and decision making process. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. It's now a pleasure to invite people into our home. Thank you HKB!

Areas Of Satisfaction - Honestly, it's hard to narrow down the areas that we were most satisfied with. We were especially happy (and grateful) with the expert help during the design phase. There were a lot of design decisions and selections to make and it was so helpful to have our design professionals, Esteban and Eve, working with us and guiding us through the process to ensure that the outcome was beautiful and what we envisioned. We also felt that the quality of the work was very good. There really was no area that we felt anything was lacking in or that could have been done better. And, importantly, we can't say enough how great it was to work with HKB's construction folks. Orion, the project foreman, was an absolute pleasure to work with who communicated well and in a consistently timely manner. He did an expert job with time management and everything ran right on schedule. He also did a terrific job coordinating work where we were involved and had to be at the house. Plus, he was extremely personable and we always felt we were in good hands with him overseeing the work at the house. Likewise all the project personnel, Reggie, Jarod, Brandon, Jay (and others!) and subs were awesome to work with. To a man, there was always a "can-do" attitude. We were never met with any negativity....ever! It was also a pleasure to meet with folks over at the HKB retail shop in Haile. Their showroom is fantastic and all of the gals who work in the retail shop were always a pleasure to work with. So the project, instead of being an exhaustive process left us feeling great joy and happiness with what was accomplished!

We recently bought an older home with outdated 1970's bathrooms. Haile Kitchen and Bath did a total rebuild for us: demolition down to the studs, reworking the plumbing and electrical, improving the design and function of every aspect of these small (5 by 8 foot) spaces, and ultimately giving us two beautiful, modern bathrooms that we absolutely love. We will certainly call them for any other renovation projects we do in the future.

Haile Kitchen & Bath did an amazing job with our kitchen remodel from concept through to completion. From the initial meeting, Brad put me at ease with his in depth experience in the business and also his knowledge of area builders and materials. He and his team offered valuable input into the design and even provided multiple sketches to help visualize the end result. The team of contractors were very professional and kept the house surprisingly clean throughout the process. Communication was excellent and I was kept well informed at every step. I also appreciated how the team kept me involved at sought my input when needed (example: height of light fixtures). The project was even finished ahead of schedule! In the end, we have a beautiful kitchen that came in on budget and with no surprises or delays. Haile Kitchen & Bath exceeded my expectations!

HKB remodeled my kitchen and guest bathroom. They do a great job of working with me at the start to make sure the design is exactly what I want, they plan the work out well, they keep the area clean, and they are always respectful of my time. I have lots of friends who used different contractors who were so disappointed. I have only positive things to say about HKB!

Lead Source - Google. I'll note that the photos on the website and the reviews on Guild Quality are what led me to reach out in the first place. I noticed many other renovation and kitchen contracting companies have very little public-facing information, so as someone making decisions from Connecticut, seeing the work and the detailed reviews gave us comfort that contacting HKB would be a good use of our time.

HK&B recently finished a remodel of our master bath cabinets, counters, sinks, mirrors and lighting. They did an excellent job in a reasonable time-frame, and at what we thought was an excellent price. Brad pulled together some excellent choices for us and we couldn't be more pleased. Everyone who worked on the project was friendly and knowledgeable. All the staff at the storefront location were also very helpful. HK&B had previously done our kitchen countertops, sink and faucet - also an excellent job, and I've already got our next project in mind!

I have had issues with other companies not following through or leaving me disappointed in these areas, but Haile Kitchen and Bath always made me feel like they truly care about their clients and wanted to see my vision realized as much as I did. Working with Shawn was so great! He made what could have been a daunting project feel easy, he always called and emailed when he said he would, and he was always very positive. Shawn was wonderful to work with and was truly present every step of the way, and Eve had a FANTASTIC eye for materials. Everyone always greeted me kindly in the store and was personable with my two young children. The workers were professional and hardworking. I have worked with other companies before for renovations and was so disappointed at the lack of communication and progress timeline, but with Haile Kitchen and Bath they definitely went above and beyond expectations and made this the best experience ever in home improvement! I've had freinds actually tell me my kitchen looks like a Pinterest picture and I have to agree-- the quality of the work and materials really shows. I will most definitely be coming back for my next remodel project! :)
