You always hear horror stories about home remodels but we have to say, Haile Kitchen & Bath did an absolutely terrific job for us. There wasn't one time during the entire process where we felt concerned or nervous about any of the work being done at the house. To a man, everyone was respectful, courteous and cared about the work they did for us. Like most home-owners faced with a large remodel, it was a little overwhelming to think about how to get the process started but HKB guided us through the entire planning, design and decision making process. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. It's now a pleasure to invite people into our home. Thank you HKB!

Areas Of Satisfaction - Honestly, it's hard to narrow down the areas that we were most satisfied with. We were especially happy (and grateful) with the expert help during the design phase. There were a lot of design decisions and selections to make and it was so helpful to have our design professionals, Esteban and Eve, working with us and guiding us through the process to ensure that the outcome was beautiful and what we envisioned. We also felt that the quality of the work was very good. There really was no area that we felt anything was lacking in or that could have been done better. And, importantly, we can't say enough how great it was to work with HKB's construction folks. Orion, the project foreman, was an absolute pleasure to work with who communicated well and in a consistently timely manner. He did an expert job with time management and everything ran right on schedule. He also did a terrific job coordinating work where we were involved and had to be at the house. Plus, he was extremely personable and we always felt we were in good hands with him overseeing the work at the house. Likewise all the project personnel, Reggie, Jarod, Brandon, Jay (and others!) and subs were awesome to work with. To a man, there was always a "can-do" attitude. We were never met with any negativity....ever! It was also a pleasure to meet with folks over at the HKB retail shop in Haile. Their showroom is fantastic and all of the gals who work in the retail shop were always a pleasure to work with. So the project, instead of being an exhaustive process left us feeling great joy and happiness with what was accomplished!

We recently bought an older home with outdated 1970's bathrooms. Haile Kitchen and Bath did a total rebuild for us: demolition down to the studs, reworking the plumbing and electrical, improving the design and function of every aspect of these small (5 by 8 foot) spaces, and ultimately giving us two beautiful, modern bathrooms that we absolutely love. We will certainly call them for any other renovation projects we do in the future.

I noticed many other renovation and kitchen contracting companies have very little public-facing information, so as someone making decisions from Connecticut, seeing the work and the detailed reviews gave us comfort that contacting HKB would be a good use of our time.

HK&B recently finished a remodel of our master bath cabinets, counters, sinks, mirrors and lighting. They did an excellent job in a reasonable time-frame, and at what we thought was an excellent price. Brad pulled together some excellent choices for us and we couldn't be more pleased. Everyone who worked on the project was friendly and knowledgeable. All the staff at the storefront location were also very helpful. HK&B had previously done our kitchen countertops, sink and faucet - also an excellent job, and I've already got our next project in mind!

The existing master bathroom was not functional for us. A Jacuzzi bath took up much of the space and the shower was cramped. As well, we had very little storage or cabinet space. Brad listened carefully to what we needed in terms of aesthetics; quality of life; what we desired now as well as accommodating us as we aged. The result is a master bathroom with exceptional storage; large - low maintenance - walk in shower; spacious and beautifully finished with tile and granite. It is exactly what we need now and perfect for the future.

Everyone at Haile Kitchen and Bath has been a pleasure to work with. Through personal contact and home visits the The Haile Kitchen and Bath LLC design personnel were able to quickly and completely understand our goals for an updated kitchen layout. The floor plan of cabinets and appliances, and minimal number of other small changes in the physical structure of the kitchen were quickly shared with us on very detailed plans. Kitchen changes were almost all incorporated without needing to undertake major structural changes yet they provided and us a unique and superior arrangement of the kitchen. At the completion of their work the kitchen is a joy to see and improves work flow and function. Access to an interior decorator was a real positive and allowed us to better integrate and incorporate colors of cabinets, tile, paint and granite beyond our expectation.
