We were very impressed with Hallmark throughout the process, and we found Ryan Grace (our contact during the last month before and after closing) to be especially responsive and helpful.

Additional Comments - Getting the plans approved from the city was a major setback in starting our home. We had a conversation with Brad discussing this issue and feel better about what happened. Brad made it easy to add our larger garage request. Very thankful for that.

Hallmark themselves, Brad and all of the general contractors, are great to work with. It is that the subcontractors and some of the work that was completed seemed a little rushed. Some of the building products did not seem the highest quality. For a custom home, some of the materials seemed like they were not the highest quality.

Hallmark Homes was great to work with. The home was a good value and the process was easy to deal with.

They are very misleading. They didn't put the right home on the flyers for this neighborhood. We had to pay money out of pocket to change the design. They were not cooperative with us and many times not on the same page. We had to make multiple calls to get things figured out and fixed.

My wife and I think that Hallmark Homes builds a high-quality product. Every interaction we've had with their team has been professional. We really, really, enjoyed working with the project superintendent Jordan. He was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our home was completed to our satisfaction. There were some issues that were beyond his personal control, but have nothing but high praise for him and the team of contractors that built our home. We think Hallmark provides good value and would recommend them for anyone looking to build a home.

Additional Comments - I have had a few little warranty issues after we moved in and Ryan and Dirk had it fixed ASAP.

Hallmark Homes not only met, but exceed our expectations! We were very involved in the construction process and the Co-Construct app they use was priceless! It allowed us to see every aspect of the build and stay informed through the entire process as well as make all of our personal selections for house features. Our house was completed ahead of schedule. Their attention to small items after we moved in was prompt and professional. I would highly recommend Hallmark Homes to any of my friends and family and wouldn't hesitating in purchasing another quality Hallmark Home.

We have never talked with Cheryl and don’t know much about her. We have worked with Jeff, who informed us that the home could be done as we would like. We are just now (actually last week) finding out that we can’t get the color on the home we want and we can’t get the Stone (Drystack) to go all the way up the front of the home as we requested. Last week was the first time (with Carl) that anyone even showed us the actual exterior look that the home was contracted to be. We are unhappy about this and we are still waiting to see if the Color (new Color choice request) and the Drystack going up the front of the home is approved before we decide on purchasing the home.
