The project on our Florida home is being completed with us residing at our northern home. After each site visit which I completed, Harwick Homes has prepared a site visit meeting note document and incorporated all changes into the master milestone schedule. Harwick Homes has worked exceptionally well with our designer and has also provided insightful suggestions with regard to our project. Excellent subs - especially the Trim, Tile, Stucco and Roofing companies. It was a very large and complex home completed in 18 months with almost no punch list and almost two years later - there are almost no problems.
