I paid them their money, and they never sent me a lien release. I have been contacted by the material company, they might put a lien on my house. They said Houston Siding didn't pay them for the materials.

I am very satisfied with their service. They have done a wonderful job on my siding. They have taken care of everything as agreed and they have always taken care of everything that they said they would.

Generally, I was satisfied with their work. I’ve received several comments about how nice the house looks after they finished the siding job. Although the original plan called for taking the siding down to the studs, after removing the first layer of siding, we agreed with Houston Siding reps that we should leave the underlaying pine siding in place. The thermal wrap and subsequent hardie plank siding installment went on without issue. Houston Siding did some work which was above and beyond the original contact which I appreciated. This included installing a couple customer provided gable vents and window moldings to dress up the siding appearance.

I did not expect to have damage to the inside of the house. Although Houston Siding compensated me for these areas it was still a pain to have them repaired and thankfully no water pipes were punctured (as far as I know) during the process.

I would recommend Houston Siding to others who might look for siding replacement, however, I would recommend they (Houston Siding) do an inside tour of the house looking for areas with thin wall applications. I would also suggest they be more careful when removing old siding and trim work around window casings as to not damage any inside window sills.

I was pleased with the overall experience working with Houston Siding. They were the most affordable option and the service and materials were still top notch. From the time Will came out to look at my project and provide the quote, it was nothing but a positive experience.

No people on site that spoke English. Repeatedly asked them not to throw cigarettes butts in yard, yet it continued. Left trash throughout yard, half eaten food, water bottles, etc. Was a problem especially when dogs got a hold it when they left. I had to spend at least 30 minutes a day after they left cleaning before letting dogs out. When work was in process and questions were, was told to leave workers alone and let them do the job, even though it was wrong at the time. Was charged extra for material because the workers error.

Houston siding in such a great company. Tracy was very knowledgeable and gave me all the info I needed upfront. The technicians were very professional and fast. I was really impressed. They made sure it was all picked up. They w ere wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them, and I am really glad I chose them for my project.

The issue is that they had unexperienced installers trying to replace the siding on my home. It was done poorly.

the product and workmanship was excellent, just having an issue with getting the completed paper work after the job but I communicated it to the office and they are committed to getting it to me soon

This is a great company to work with. Jobsite cleaned up daily, and quality work from start to finish.

Job took a bit longer than expected due to Supply issues but once they started the techs were professional and kept the area clean at the end of each day.

They are all-around professionals, from the salesperson to the project manager to the mechanics. They were very easy to deal with. We felt like we got great service, and the product is fabulous.

They complied with all terms of the contract

The painter was awesome and always did exactly what he said he would do. While we are satisfied with the workmanship and materials we were not as satisfied with the crew. The crew was polite and responsive to any questions we had. However they often did not show up until after 10:00, took a long lunch, and left at the end of the day at various times. They never let us know they were finished for the day and what time they would arrive the next day. There were days that they left one crew member behind when they went to lunch. He sat leaning against the garage door eating his lunch which created a hazard if we wanted to open the garage door, which we didn't do often that time of day because we didn't want him to fall in. When lunch was onsite, they had Gatorade bottles and chip bags sprawled in the driveway. They cleaned it up at the end of the day, but it was annoying to have trash in the driveway during the day.The painter was awesome and always did exactly what he said he would do.

The service was outstanding.

They were slow. The foremen and the person running the job said it would be done soon, but the workers would not show up and when they showed up they left, so I had to contact the owner and he did bring in some workers, but they did a poor job.

Knowledgeable, direct & honest backed with one heck of a team of installers. Conscientious with their quality of work and I could not ask for a better company to have done our home.

They do a great job, I am completely happy.

Houston Siding was the lowest bid by a significant amount, and their salesperson was the best that I dealt with, making my decision easy. So far so good with the finished product. I don't know much about siding at all, but it appears that it was all done satisfactorily. It was not enjoyable working through communication and/or lack thereof.

You get what you pay for in workmanship, organization, and professionalism but in my opinion Houston Siding Company charges customers alot of money for a major inconvenience across the board, and is not worth the reputation that it supposedly has throughout the Houston area.

The Houston Siding Crew that did my siding did ok work but no craftsmanship whatsoever, they just covered it up with caulk. There was only 1 guy that talked English on the whole crew and he wasn't there for most of the job because his truck broke down. They brought their dog that crapped in my yard and they spit sun flower seeds all over the place. I told them 3 times how I wanted a column on the front of my house wrapped in Hardiplank and they still got it wrong. They hit a water line in the wall on the back of my house but thank god I was there to turn the water off until they could get it fixed. Also, they were supposed to replace the trim on the front of my shed with Hardi plank but didn't have enough materials that I paid for so they had to buy themselves and used treated 1x4's instead. They also left out 2 pieces of trim on the end of my house. I should have never signed the completion form but I wanted them gone. The daily clean up was a mess because the guy's truck broke down and they couldn't haul the trailer so you can imagine what that looked like but I did take pictures. It seems to me they should have had a foreman on the job over looking the progress. I also had to go behind the window installers and re-caulk several of the windows. That was a lot of money I paid for this, never again.

I can't say enough good things about the staff and crew of Houston Siding. I did not find any part of the process disagreeable or painful. From start to finish - planning to completion - it was basically stress-free. We had both windows and siding done. All good. The house not only looks terrific, I know we have high-quality materials and professional installation behind it as well. I have already recommended this company to friends. Thanks for being such professionals.

I have had a third party contractor look at the installation.There is a good chance that the install wasn't in accordance to the manufacturer's specifications.

You pay for what you get. Houston Siding may be a little pricier than some, but the quality is unparalleled. The crews are professional, prompt and craftsman. Great company with a great warranty that they stand behind.

Robert was an awesome salesman! Very patient, knowledgeable about the siding and what worked best for us and our budget. Robert also took the time and presented several options when it came to financing. The contractors and crew were awesome at what they did to our house! The paint job was impeccable with nice details and clean lines all around. We are still getting compliments on the overall style and paint of siding even after 4 months of completion.

As a general contractor, these guys do great work for the contractor well as the homeowner. I highly recommend them to anyone.
