After calling several times and leaving messages, someone finally called me back and came over. I had the beginnings of a leak. Some of the shingles had popped out and the repairman patched it up. My point- please return calls in a timely manner. I called several more times because of the leak in the same place. After spending a lot of money, someone pointed out to me that I probably should replace the roof.

Came out very quickly to address some repairs the buyers thought were needed. They did a total inspection and found things the buyer's inspector didn't find. And was able to inform the buyer that the roof used premium designer singles (to look like shack shingles) and the roof has an additional 5-8 years of life.

Replaced concrete tiles that had broken over the years. Did a quick and good job. Probably replaced about 40 or so.

Roof had algae. Jim Hardwick came out on the same day that I called. Roof was still under warranty. He contacted GAF and took care of everything for us. Roof looks great .

My job was a roof repair. There were leaks around 2 chimneys and several roof vents had begun leaking during rain storms and I was concerned about one ridge vent. The Ideal Roofing inspection was much more thorough than the other bidders. The inspection covered not only the exterior of the house but also examining the interior leak areas. The inspector advised exactly what would need to be done to remedy the problem leaks and the materials required for the job. Ideals' written bid was very competitive. Ideal showed up to start the work on time and completed the work in a very timely manner. I couldn't be happier with the finished work. I'm finally leak free! Ideal Roofing will be my first call when my roof needs to be replaced.

Hired Ideal to fix a roof leak. Fixed an obvious issue with a reasonable degree of quality craftsmanship - paid quite a bit of money to do so, but the roof is still leaking and having difficulty scheduling a return visit to correct the issue once and for all. I would recommend them for quality of work, but reconsidering because of the follow up issues.

I have known the owner of this company for over 40 years and he is one of the most trustworthy / hardworking people I know. Over the years he has done probably 7 roofs on properties my family has owned and his quality of work is top notch. I always look for the best value of products when I am ready to make a big purchase. Ideal Roofing was not the cheapest but was the best value for the workmanship of a new roof for my house, replacement of a flat roof on the garage and the replacement of the skylight in the master bathroom. I would recommend Ideal Roofing if you are replacing your roof. I believe we have the best looking roof in the neighborhood.

He was very thorough in his presentation and when I signed the contract he communicated with me every step that was taking place. The only problem I had with Ideal Roofing, LLC, or concern, I found a lot of nails upon completion. Otherwise, they did a great job. I have found 200-300 and I feel they should be paying closer attention to their nails.

Work they did was good. However, I had a difficult time having them show up when I had a repairs to be done.

The roofing work was done by two crews due to possible rain. I was quite pleased at first glance but on later inspection noticed a torn screen on my patio caused by one of the roofers. Other than this, the work was good.

Ideal Roofing replaced a flat roof of approximately 1000 sq ft. The roof was a little tricky as it ties into a traditional shingle roof. Also, it is directly under power lines so caution is necessary. The existing roof was a mop down of rolled roofing and they had to take it all down. It had been leaking for some time so it was necessary to replace rotten wood in a number of place. I had gotten multiple quotes and found Ideal to have the best value. I went with a PVC membrane. They did a good job of cleanup too.
