A +++++ how many people can say that nowadays? From the sales people, to the project manager (Melody), to the workers, it was by far the best experience we have ever had. Everyone was on time, professional and courteous. Schedule times were confirmed, workers were knowledgeable and we love our new kitchen. Someone answers the phone or call right back. Can't wait to pay it off so we can have more work done. I would highly recommend. One stop shopping.

Poor customer service. Hard to get someone to respond. Only seem interested in making money with very little regard to their clients. Would not recommend.

Overall the process was quick and uneventful, very happy with the finished product.

Contact with International was not acceptable.

There is a small piece of countertop that has a defect. We called International Granite and Stone right away, and the manager said it would be after the holiday before we could get it fixed, which I understand. However, I have not received any phone call or follow up.

The job is . not done so I would rather wait until everything is done before I take this survey

I am likely to recommend International Granite & Stone LLC to a friend, but the process should have gone smoother than it did. The communication was lacking. I had to constantly peruse someone for answers.

I would recommend because compared to another company they had better quality.

Considering the company’s inability to communicate with us during this process while leaving us with walls torn apart to the wall studs makes us hesitant to recommend them to friends because it’s caused us a considerable amount of frustration. Simply being able to hear a timeline and progress report would go a long way towards letting us know we haven’t simply been forgotten. The fact that you require full payment up front is also an uncomfortable feeling especially now seeing how we can’t reach anyone to get any information about the status of our project. Tim did let us pay in stages so we still owe 25% of the bill and I’m sure if we left it unpaid after the project finishes and ignore your calls and emails to us asking for payment you’d be quite upset too.

The manager promised a $50 gift card to my wife for work that she did and it was never received

because of the issues I had, I would forwarn people to make sure they watch the installation. But outside of that, we are happy with it.

They were professional and a pleasure to work with.

We did have a few setbacks where I was concerned with the job. However, Melody took proper action and fulfilled our job with quality.

It turned out fine in the end, but there were a little bit of communication issues. The materials used were very good. We stayed within the budget. I am satisfied with how it turned out.

Jay Maddox is a straight up liar. Making it worse, his boss thinks he's the best thing since sliced bread. The only thing that says to me is that his boss is a slime ball as well. These guys make car salesmen and lawyers look good. They will tell you anything to make you sign their contract including telling you you can change your mind and get your money back at ANY point if you're not satisfied, contrary to the contract. They are hyper expensive compared to ANYONE else out there and have no better service or installation. If you need granite, see Jose at Classic stone gallery. He does business the right way, without unnecessary fluff.

One side of of the major counter top fell short 1/2 inch. I will now have to modify the point where wall is exposed.

I HIGHLY recommend IGS. It was a stress-free experience. Everyone was very helpful. And Trent that did the layout of our Quartz did an amazing job. Start to finish the best experience we've had since this renovation started.

There is nothing that I can say other then Anthony is awesome to work with and he knows his business to a tee. If I was to do more in my house I would differently have International Granite & Stone do the job.

IGS was horrible during install. Workers showed up around 1 hour late. Tools were not charged, so further delay. Instead of project taking one day, took 3 days. They kept bringing out the wrong sink.Dropped a section of granite on wooden stairs. When they were repaired, took numerous text's and phone calls to get invoice paid. When we sat down with frabicator and went over pictures of layout, one section showed a much lighter color. When questioned, we were told it was the way the photo was taken. On install, it turned out it was actually quite noticeably lighter. It was on the backsplash and very evident. When brought up IGS would not take any resonsilbilty for it. We had bought Quartzite, very expensive. They said to replace, we would have to buy another slab.Very unhappy with IGS, would not recommend. Other neighbors who used them had issues also, but on a smaller scale.

We love our new countertops! Installation was excellent and small touches made finished product better than we had hoped.

They did a great job. I had no problems with them at all. They were very easy to communicate with, and had a great price.

I think that Rachel, Lisa, Pedro, and the boys that installed were all excellent. They did what they said and said what they were going to do. Everything went very smoothly. I couldn't have asked for a smoother project.

My salesperson Tim Townsend was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding my project. He looked at my cabinets and brought samples that complimented the wood instead of bringing all of their samples, which helped me to not feel overwhelmed by the selection process. I was very impressed with his knowledge of their product.

I loved the fact that this company was one-stop shopping for my kitchen project! They did my granite counter tops, my tile back splash, new sink and hardware, and electrical. I was a bit taken back when they asked for total payment up front. However, I am thrilled to say that they delivered, even resolving a minor problem after the initial install. They are a team of professionals and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

From start to finish, this was a great experience. They communicated each step clearly and provided some advice when asked. All of the workers showed up when expected, were polite and kept the job site clean. And our countertop is exactly what we wanted.

IGS countertops were installed by Juander and Rafael. They were reliable and professional. I was most impressed by how efficiently they worked. The quality of their work is superb! James, the plumber, was very good, also. I would definitely recommend him.Brian put up the tile and did an amazing job! Very knowledgeable and great work!

The men did a wonderful job; the floor looks beautiful, and my concerns were remedied immediately. Great company!

I had two bathroom counters done, each with a glass mirror over the counter. One of the glass mirrors broke during the installation, and International Granite said they were not responsible. The mirror cost me $300 and I had to replace it and paint the wall. IG would not reimburse me for the mirror. One of the counters also feels really gritty no matter how much I clean it, and the measurements were off when it was installed. I will never use International Granite ever again.

They performed the duties and had quality work.

Anthony Williams was great in the beginning. He bent over backwards to help us and answer all our questions. We requested that IGS include free sinks to replace the sinks we had because many, if not all, granite companies offer free sinks with the purchase of granite. Anthony agreed and measured our two sinks and showed us the sinks in his catalog that would be of equal replacement value and we agreed to the sinks. However, both sinks are much smaller than our original sinks and are of substandard quality. Now we cannot even put our old sinks back because granite has already been cut. Also, the openings for the sinks are off and just doesn't look right.In addition, when the employee came out to measure, he didn't measure correctly for our garbage disposal and although the plumber was able to figure it out, he had to go to Home Depot to buy parts to reconfigure the pipes so we wouldn't have to change to location of our disposal. He was at our house all day. On the other sink, the plumber hooked up our cold and hot water lines backwards. We are still waiting to hear back about that.

Lisa and Pedro tried but the manager/supervisor was terrific. Jennifer and the sales staff were very nice. The installers weren't up to grade with their work.

Everyone was very professional. They did a job well done. I would definitely use them again!
