Did not clear additional cost prior to work done. Argued and told we were "Unfair". Additional charges were extremely out of line and marked up. Felt gouged when requesting extra fan for ventilation after their designer felt is wasn't originally necessary. Was not told of the IBC sign in the front of the house or the camera in the back. High end of budgets.

I will recommend IBC but also remind anyone interested in a remodel to shop around for estimates, especially since IBC prices apparently run high (at least that's what I've read in online reviews). When I first started looking to remodel, I tried to get several estimates, but two contractors turned me down cold on the phone and three contractors were no-shows after we scheduled home visits. I wound up with Iron Brothers because they scheduled an appointment at their office and didn't cancel it. I had to wait at least three months for that initial appointment--but at least I wasn't stood up!

I had a small project that Iron Brothers agreed to complete. They responded quickly to any questions and made appointments at times that were convenient to me. At the end of the planning stage, my life took a sudden and unexpected turn when my health changed drastically. I had to cancel my remodeling plans because I could no longer live alone. Even though I did not go through the entire process I learned a great deal about the Irons Brothers and their organization. They are experts at their job and helped me plan for a remodel that would meet my needs even when I didn't realize that I needed something I had not considered before. I would happily recommend them to anyone who wants a job done by experts who care about quality and customer satisfaction.
