After the 1st year the dehumidifier went out. It had a 2 yr warranty. However, since it was MANUFACTURED before they installed, they refused to honor the warranty and charged me for another. The inspectors did not appear as professional as the original installers. I feel they pulled a "bate and switch" on me with the humidifier. As a result of this, I would not recommend. What else down the road will they decline? $15,000 plus spent and can't rely on a guarantee. I had to pay for a new humidifier. Totally disappointed. The original install crew, however, was fabulous.. I still have a bitter taste in my mouth about the entire experience. The gentleman who did the most recent reinspection was pleasant, but the facts are the facts and I've no intention to provide a stellar review when, in fact, I received less than stellar service. The only reason I continue with the reinspections is for fear they may void the warranty if something really major goes wrong. I'm between a rock and a hard spot. I can't afford to have to go thru this again.

They were not responsive. They did not do what they said they were going to do.

I was o.k. with the service except for the 6 driveway pads. A guy came out to make the estimate. He was just a kid who was not experienced. He gave me a price. The guy who does the work knew he could not fix it. He tried to make it look better. What needed to be done could not be done. It came time to pay the bill, and they did not volunteer to make an adjustment.

Good work but communication should improve.

They were slow getting the job done. They had to come back and redo it.

It is a matter of what the repairman said versus what I experienced.

They didn't fix my problem and I paid over $8,000. I called them and they sent someone else out. He looked at it and said it was done fine. I showed him the same thing that I showed the person who initially came out. The floor is still not level. In order for something​ else to be done, you have to pay more money. I have given them over $8,000.

They came out and put the jacks in but not the benchmarks. They had to come back and put them in. They put a brace under my home and it was not secure and moved everywhere when I touched it. The did not put the expansion in the driveway and the concrete was yellow. They had to come replace the concrete with a color that matched and fixed the expansion grooves. They have not come to follow up as they are supposed to do every year. There is a crack over the garage door and they said they would fix it but they did not.

I had it installed and they came out 4 or 5 times and it's still not right.

The work they did was not successful.

The finished product was not what I expected. Big crack still in the garage and the driveway was never level. The technician said they did the best they could. Was under the impression from
the salesman that the finish product would have looked better

After sump pump install I noticed poor pipe routing (suspended on electrical wiring instead of clamp) and discovered it’s illegal to tie your sump pump to the house sewer drain. Contacted JES several times, sent photos, was several times promised a return visit to inspect but it never happened. Eventually paid a plumber to fix everything, so no, not very happy.

The work they did under the house was fine, but they cut a drain line from my kitchen sink and left that without repairing it. I had a water leak, and I had to get a plumber to look at it. I was very concerned that someone cut it in two and left it like that.

They did not complete the work at my home. They walked off the job. I called and they never came back.

They were wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone. They were efficient, cleaned up after themselves, and were very friendly. It was a good experience.

They did good work. It seems like it held up pretty good. They also said that they would come back in the next little while to do a one year inspection on the work, and that hasn't happened yet.

They cleaned up very well and did a good job.

I was very satisfied with the service that I received and I would recommend them.
