Everyone was very courteous and helpful from beginning to end. Installer from the beginning was very good at explaining the steps from how the process was to be completed.

Scope of work given to you before the work begins. Start time coordinated through a knowledgeable manager. Craftpersons were on time and courteous. Work was completed expeditiously and in accordance with the contract.

I had the many peeling cement spots scraped and filled in my 100 year old basement. Then the walls were sanded and a finished coat was placed over the work. It started as a mess and ended looking amazing. Lov and Pablo did an amazing job and were polite, quiet and non-intrusive. I'd hire them again for any other work that needed done.

They did high quality stucco repair on the rear of our home.

I would not recommend Jamison Home Services. The job was to stucco the patio and lay new concrete on porch and patio. The job was done so poorly that we refused to pay them. After a couple of months they did come back and while it was a little better, it still was not up to par. We will never do business with them again and definitely NOT recommend them to anyone.

End product was excellent. The path to getting there was a little rocky.

Kevin Bleam came to my home inspected the chimney, discussed the necessary repairs we agreed upon the estimated cost and scheduled a start date. Technicians arrived as scheduled performed the work in a professional manner, explained in detail the work that was done.

The crew arrived on time and worked continuously (except for weather related delay) until finished. The respect for our home and the thoroughness of clean up were exceptional.

When Jamison Home Services did the basement on the waterproofing, they were very good and they manually worked constant and went up and down the steps with the concrete stuff and took the stones down; which was hard on 13 steps up an down. Very good job!

It was a difficult job to get to through our exterior basement door. Carrying buckets of concrete out and stone and cement into the area for French drains. They were considerate of the tenants and did a good job cleaning up. I was happy with their work and their employees.

I had to call them back out to finish, and the person they had come back left some shoe marks on my carpet. They said that happens, that they were sorry, and that they couldn't get it off. There was no resolution to that.

I recommended Jamison Home Services to my brother-in-law yesterday after doing a walkthrough with him. He stated it was fabulous work and asked who I used. I expressed it was Jamison Home Services and proceeded to show him the basement sump pump. He said he could benefit from work such as theirs in his own house.

Quick and thorough work

Very professional and pleasant to work with. Excellent masonry work on a very difficult chimney project. Always arrived early and worked very hard. The team has many years of experience.

It's been 3+ months since we had work done to waterproof our basement and replace a window. The work itself seems to be holding up, but the service experience has left a sour taste such that I don't know that we'd call Jamison for future needs or recommend to neighbors or friends. I have email and text correspondence confirming a date/time for the work, and then the day of the time was changed three times. The team ended up arriving three hours after the initial appointment time without an explanation, no one introduced themselves or their roles, no questions were asked- not the personable experience that online reviews indicated. I emailed Steve who seemed to be in charge of the project, and received no response- no explanation or even attempt at an apology. At the conclusion of the project during review, we saw that the work was done around an existing slop sink, rather than removing the sink to make the work seamless as was discussed during the consultation with Tim. It looks ridiculous, and there was a huge crack in the wall behind the sink, so I'm not confident that this portion of work will suffice long-term. I also hate that if we replace the sink in the future we'd have to call Jamison back to inconvenience us with more work/noise/debris rather than attempting to complete correctly the first time.

I would recommend them for any indoor basement waterproofing job. The reason I did not give a perfect score was because they did not do well with the outdoor trenching and installation of catch basins. I had to fix and redo the outdoor portion. This after I paid them over 2k to do it.

Very professional organization! However, the Waterproofing has yet to be tested by a substantial storm which we have not had yet!

They did a great job and returned a second time to complete additional work as needed. The basement is now totally finished and usable. They really did transform the basement.

I've used Jamison for several basement water remediation projects. I only wanted to do as much work as was necessary to address some leaky walls. They've always been good about coming back out to expand my french drains over time as has been necessary. I think they do good work and at a reasonable price. Everyone's always very friendly and they clean up well once the job is done.

Had interior basement drainage installed along with new windows. Site crew were very respectful and answered any questions I had. Got 3 quotes and glad I went with jamison. Will be hiring them for future work.
