I signed the contract on December 7, 2020. Was told that I should have my windows by the end of January to mid-February. I waited and I waited and I waited. I was finally notified around the end of April my windows could be installed. Voiced my displeasure to Dale on how long I had to wait to hear from them- no apology, no explanation. Never heard from my sales guy about the delay or anyone from the Brennan. Really poor customer service.

I was very satisfied with the installation of my new windows. Daniel and Clayton did a very good job. They put down drop cloths and did a very good job with clean up. Things are much quieter in my house after my new windows. I don't get outside noise.

I was pleased with what they did and how they worked. They cleaned up the mess after the project. However, they broke a couple of my belongings and didn't tell me. One was an antique lamp.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional. There was no sales pressure from the rep who came out to give an estimate, and there were no hidden costs; what they quoted was what the final cost was. The installation crew did a great job and cleaned everything up before they left.

Excellent product with professional installation!

They were very easy to work with, helping us design, and implementing our wishes, and doing a great job. They respond promptly to phone calls, arrive promptly for appointments, and keep the site clean. Our new front doors are beautiful and we are thankful for the quality of their work during this last week of frigid cold.

We highly recommend Brennan. With owning a home, we have worked with several companies for various repairs and improvements over the years. We truly feel that Brennan was the best experience from beginning to end that we have ever had with a repair / improvement company.

The sales representative was very polite, low keyed, and non pressuring. The installation crew were very efficient, kept us informed on what they were doing, and cleaned up before they left. When we had a problem with one of the new windows it was fixed pretty quickly.

Brennan Enterprises did excellent work. They were professional, knowledgeable, and did not cut any corners!

We have had used Brennan years ago for windows. We wanted to get a bay window and decided to go with the again so everything matches. A seal broke on an original side window. The window was under a lifetime warranty, but they still tried to charge me the window to be replaced until I disputed it.

Recognized Excellence - Silly the head installer was exceptional in the quality of his work.

Great work; fair pricing; billing is a bit "casual"...OK, rude. They initiated more aggressive collection activity for my deductible balance without first advising me I had a balance. I paid the balance on that first contact (which should have been my second or third contact, had they notified me of the balance due before pursuing it with phone calls.)

I already have recommended Brennan to a friend. The only minor criticism I have is that it took longer from the time of purchase to the time of installation than I expected. I was very happy, though, with all the personnel involved and the quality of workmanship.

I thought they did a wonderful job on the windows. They were professional and Rob communicated with me very well. However, I am still waiting after a year to get 3 windows back from them due to an error on their part and closure of the issue.

They did a really good job when they came out for the quote. The window Installation was excellent and the follow up afterwards was excellent as well.

I was a little frustrated with the painter but the company made it right. The painter would show up late and work short days.

The agent was very good. She was the only one that seemed to have our interest at hand. The guys that did the work broke a few things but did not tell me. That the GM never called me back when he said he would call me back. Do not promise something you are not going to do.

They were really difficult to work with. They went past the time they were supposed to be done. Hard to get ahold of and call backs from.
