Thus, we went to Kiss in Harbor Springs as we had seen their ads on TV. From the time we walked through the door until the job was completed the professionalism and skill of every person with whom we interacted was exceptional. We had s very big and complicated job. Heath came and measured and explained options, allowing us to make informed choices. The flooring was ordered and installation scheduled. Austin did a beautiful job with the hard flooring, and Dave and his crew did the same for the carpet. Mike in sales was responsive to all questions. Very happy with workmanship. Installers we're very friendly and professional. I would have liked more communication with staff, prior to the job. I had to call to find out about our appointment and what to do to prepare for the job. The job took two extra days to complete the job and still they didn't have all the product needed to complete the job. I had to wait a few weeks for them to return and finish. I still would recommend Kiss Carpets because of the wonderful installers.

We went in to Kiss Carp looking for waterproof backsplash material other than tile. We met Josh who said the only really waterproof material would be tile. They had an enormous selection and we found something we liked. Josh even came out and measured the project. His knowledge made everything go extremely smooth. The installation was excellent and done in the appropriate time. We couldn’t be happier and you won’t go wrong dealing with Kiss Carpet.

Jeff (Sales) and Gary (installer) both did a wonderful job for us. We had to select a pattern online because we don’t live near this property and Jeff was super helpful. He also kept us informed about progress throughout the project. Gary did a terrific job of preparing the floor and installing and is a perfectionist about how it’s done. This was not an easy job and we’re delighted with the finished product.

Jeff from kiss carpet took over a job from a previous salesperson that to say the least was a disaster. After almost three years of carpet problems, COVID and weather delays Jeff worked very hard to put things right at great expense to his company.

We were in need of carpet in our small condo. We went to Kiss Carpet in Mancelona, and A.J. Abbott helped us with suggestions and selection of a carpet. Since we don't live in Michigan, she set up a time for measurement and installation, working around our schedule and the installers. Even with COVID, the father-son team of Dave and Kyle Kanols were super efficient and neat. They had promised a two day process, and that's exactly how it went. A.J. came the second day to take some pictures and to be sure we were satisfied. We really appreciated Dave and Kyle moving the heavy pieces of furniture for us.
