KBD was fantastic. They finished our project just as the pandemic was hitting. The guys were great. My biggest compliment is the attention to detail. There are some small finishes in the kitchen that we feel the group went above and beyond with (like a hidden area with 0.5 inches of trim that was still replaced).

They only thing I am unhappy with is the sun porch. I do not see how they could do anything about it except take up the whole floor. I have good friends that are good friends with them. I just accepted it. I can not rate them down for it even though I am unhappy with it. I would hate to see them have to take up the whole floor. It is in pieces. It is not a level floor.
