This will supplement my Aug. 13, 2022 review. Our Sunrise windows carefully installed by Kotch's just got the Winter Blast test with temperatures below zero and sustained (for days) winds over 40 mph straight at them. Fabulous! The cold corner of our kitchen is no more!

The 18 Sunrise v-class windows and patio door look great. The installation was quick finishing the day before a bitter cold winter storm. The installers were awesome, laying floor runners before and vacuuming after every day. Very knowledgeable and friendly, and they took great pride in their workmanship.

Mike Kotch and his family team put 24 windows of various sizes plus a picture window and a sliding door in our house. It was a delightful experience all the way, done on time as promised. I have gone over each window very carefully. The finished product is superior and the quality of the workmanship and installation is beyond anything one might expect.

Putting the great product aside for a moment, the real beauty of doing business with the Kotch family is that they are small, local, competent and trustworthy. No pressure – just good advice. Their installers (two of Mike’s sons and a friend) have been at this quite a while. They know what they are doing and they take the time to do it right.

I am a very skeptical guy. We considered various alternatives including the big operations, the famous names, talked to customers and looked at a number of installations. Kotch’s customers uniformly loved the people and the product. Mike and his crew have made a believer of me. My wife adds that it was nice to get to know this family.
