Service provided was very professional and very informative in an area, even being a rerired professional engineer, I had little experience or knowledge. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and honest, providing excellent advice. I had no reservation in approving the work and leaving them to proceed. Advising them that if additional work was needed in my absence, just to include it. Such was my assessment of their honesty, having intervieved and assessed many technicians during my career.

I recently had Legacy replaced my water heater and expansion tank. Ahndre did a fantastic job. I really appreciated is thorough explanation of what needed to be done, care and quality work. I will definitely call Legacy for any plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

When you find a professional plumber who is dedicated to his/her work it's important to stay with the company because you will not be disappointed.

Able to schedule service a lot quicker than I was anticipating. The communication as to what the price range may be due to my described issue was nice to have upfront. It was nice to get the text message prior with the name of the plumber and picture so you knew who to look for. Price of finished job was in the range quoted and no attempted up-charges. Jeremy professionally answered all my questions.

We called Legacy Plumbing a couple of weeks ago to fix a clogged toilet. This toilet had been a problem before and other plumbers were unable to clear the stoppage. When Luke from Legacy showed up, he was able to identify the “root” cause of the issue. After removing the toilet from the tile floor, Luke cleared the line from the roots that had obstructed the flow and we are now able to use the toilet again. During the entire time, Luke kept us informed about what he was doing and how much the cost would be. We are very pleased with the work done by Legacy Plumbing and would recommend the company to our friends.

Mike did a super job of handling the replacement of our water heater.... he was very helpful in expalining about the new unit.

We've used Legacy Plumbing beforehand and had a great experience so we used them again for this recent pipe breakage issue we had from putting in piers under our foundation.
