We HIGHLY recommend Legacy Restoration Services. They promptly responded to our request to repair serious water damage to our house, starting first by sending an expert water remediation specialist to remove the damaged drywall and thoroughly dry the flooring/sub-flooring. Afterwards, highly skilled craftsmen replaced the insulation, drywall, crown molding, tile work, and flooring. The walls (after removal of damaged wallpaper) and ceiling were re-painted to completely match the original colors. Our home was fully restored! David Abbey and his team maintained regular contact with us. They were courteous, respectful of our home, efficient and proficient. We plan to use Legacy for future remodeling of our home.

We are very pleased with our bathroom renovation, the room has been transformed. The work was done well, and if something was not just right, Allan, the project manager made sure it was corrected. We found all the people who worked on the project to be very polite, honest and hardworking. We appreciated the clear communication with the project manager. The renovation was done in December and through the winter holidays. Special effort was made to insure that we had a working toilet and shower for the holidays. The whole process from estimate, to contract, through the work and payment schedule was handled professionally. Great company and people to work with.

Additional Comments - It was good all around. I am glad we called them in for our first choice.

We had two bathrooms remodeled; the master bath and a guest bath. Both were basically late 1980s style. We are very pleased with the results of the work. Our project manager Allan was very helpful beyond getting the various trades persons scheduled in a timely manner to keep the project flowing forward. There was very little downtime. Most of the work was completed in 5 weeks. Allan offered valuable advice on multiple questions as they arose. He kept us well informed. We feel that we definitely got high quality results for the cost.

Design - Allan, demo / tile crew, paint crew, electrician. Everyone asked questions if they were not sure, and answered my questions in detail and with options, to help me make decisions. It was clear they wanted to be sure l my ideal bathroom.

They were very attentive and honest.

Alan and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job installing a new quartz countertop and subway tile. In fact, we liked their work so well, we immediately hired them for another project.

Update: after an unfortunate flooding event (a pipe leak), we worked with Legacy on a third project. I didn't think it was possible to be more impressed with a company than I already was with Legacy, but it actually did occur! They worked tirelessly not only with me and my wife to ensure we were all aligned on the project but also with my insurance company, correcting the many errors my insurance company made in their initial repair estimate. Their work and professionalism is top notch. If you want a company that goes above and beyond, these are the ones to call.
