Overall, our experience with Lexar Homes has been wonderful from the start. We are almost finished and have felt very good with our decision to use Lexar the entire time. Any questions we’ve had were immediately answered and addressed. Every employee from the office to the job site has been professional, kind, and very helpful. We are very impressed with and greatly appreciate the quality of our home, the materials used, the finishes, and attention to detail. Lexar Homes has been wonderful to work with and made the process of building our secondary home as seamless as possible!

Lexar builds luxury custom homes. Other builders we spent time with, once a price was agreed on, left us with tens of thousands of dollars in upgrades to get what we wanted. With Lexar nearly all of the upgrades we wanted were included in the initial cost, which was a huge relief. In fact, our"upgrades" cost a total of about $4,000, which is nice considering this is a $500,000+ home. And with on-staff architectural and engineering services, modifications to the original plan was effortless.

Even though there have been some issues, I would recommend them. I like the ownership of the Spokane franchise. They are responsive and considerate. They understand it is a big undertaking for most families. I would say they seek to help.

Overall I am mostly satisfied with Lexar of Spokane. They have managed to solve all the problems that have arisen.
