Safe - I couldn't be home while they were working on my house and I honestly trusted them 100%. They even made sure to clean up nicely.

Problem Resolution - We did have a small problem on communication in the beginning with our sales rep but the owner reached out and took care of the situation and put us in the hands of someone more reliable.

Schedule - In the beginning we had a hard time getting scheduling handled but once the owner of the company realized what was going on he took control of the situation and worked with us 1 on 1 through the whole process to make sure things were to our satisfaction.

Clean - There was some mess at the end of the project but I let them know and they immediately came back out to finish cleaning.

Schedule - It took a little longer than expected, but nothing too crazy.

Really excellent service. Answered all my questions, and taught me a few things along the way. And managed all the details of the project from design to cleanup, with professionalism. Highly recommend.

These guys are the best!

Our experience wasn't the best. The project manager changed after we signed the contract and things were not passed on to the next. Lots of confusion. When the project was completed, things that were used were not put back in the original spots (hoses, bricks), and multiple roofing nails were left scattered around the front door and around the property.

Areas For Improvement

Areas For Improvement - As many others have said, it is absolutely absurd and insulting that they require both homeowners to be present for their estimates. As if one person taking time off from work isn’t hard enough? Worse than that, the lady on the phone who called to confirm my appointment had the absolute gall to ask me “Is there any reason why you don’t want your wife present?” As if that’s any of your business!
