Everybody we dealt with was extremely professional. The sales rep spent a lot of time with us making sure that every detail was covered and that we were happy with our design choices. The installation crew was prompt and left everything neat and organized at the end of the day (2 day installation). Also, when we decided to retain some of the old tile for a future project, the crew made sure to leave the remnants undamaged and cleaned up for us. The plumbing crew was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire plumbing process. And the best was the nice follow up "thank you" visit with the most exuberant and friendly person on the planet!

The price is super high. Having it done in a day is nice. It do leak the first time we used it and they came out to fix it the next day.
