Jesse was always available and the communication was great throughout the entire project. He quickly addressed anything that came up and resolved any issues very effectively.

Recognized Excellence - Kyle Cole, the lead window installer was very clean, professional, and was a hard worker.

Lumin General Contractors   Thanks the review Beth. We feel that there is always room for improvement, even with a 5 star review. I spoke with Matt and he communicated that the issues you had were with the scheduling and with the ice dams that were growing over the winter of 2020. Our team has had meetings to improve our scheduling process. We know that rescheduling can be a hassle! We are very happy that the ice and water guard installed on our roof did not let water into your home! Thank you for being kind to work with and for helping us become a better company!

What kind of siding should I install? Hardie Board, or Vinyl with foam backing?
