The installers arrived on time, were very careful about keeping the mess confined to the bathroom, did a wonderful job & cleaned up their tools & all debri before leaving. Our new shower looks great!

Job well done. Started by putting down ground clothes to the bathroom. They involved myself as to preferences for chair height, grip handle location, shower head height. Continuously worked until completion. Explained care for shower and date for first use to allow for epoxy to harden. Also placed a notice on glass doors to alert other member of the house.

They left the house and outside work area clean.

I thought their work was very professional. They were very meticulous in cleaning up and taking the debris out. They put down protective mats so other areas were not damaged. They called in me if I had any questions. They did a great job and did exactly what they said they would do.

Our Luxury Bath unit is now 1 1/2 years old. Still looks great and we're happy with our decision to use Luxury Bath. Occasionally the bead of sealant along the base of the wall where it meets the tub has come loose. Luxury Bath has always come back to repair it at no cost. It's nice to work with a company that really honors their lifetime guarantee. The workers have always been pleasant, courteous and easy to work with.

I'm very happy with my new bath and shower but I'm wavering because of what I experienced the day after the installation. The day after, I noticed black markings on the panel wall for the shower curtain bar. It wasn't something that I would have seen unless I came up close which I didn't do when the work was completed. I tried to wipe them off but no success. I contacted Luxury Bath and was advised how to get rid of the marks. Luxury Bath has a good product but I wouldn't want to have the same thing happen to anyone who I referred.

My daughter and I were so impressed with our installers, Wallace, Cole, and Angel and the job they did, They arrived on the dot of 9am and finished up at 5pm. They worked together as a great team and they were friendly, polite, and the job they did was done perfectly. I am so happy with my new shower.

The shower materials are very good. The installers were quick, knowledgeable, and cleaned up well. The final cost was a stretch for us, but we feel this renovation will last for years (fingers crossed).

Product quality is not as promised very disappointed in quality of product discoloration of caulking discoloration of glue used inside shower area Glassdoor stained will not clean to see through as originally purchased

They sent someone out very quickly and repaired replaced the caulking which had issues pleased with work

Shelves fell off, caulking wrong color, rand shower rod mounted incorrectly.

While the product and install were great, there had been absolutely no contact from the company asking how we enjoy the bath update. I had to contact them when the shower shelves fell off the wall to find they were not installed properly several months ago. This is the first contact from the company since then. While their product is lovely, the lack of customer follow up gives a 2 star rating.

I've already recommended them. They are an absolutely fabulous company.
