Hans and his installation crew are very professional and met every metric we set for the project. called me for a site visit when degraded underlayment was found. Once job was completed crew foreman came back next day for a walk of the roof to close out the project. THey have done my roof in three sections over the past decade and I've been quite satisfied with their professionalism and quality. Overages such as rotting sheathing were charged very reasonably despite the opportunity for abuse. Mistakes, like stepping through the ceiling, were handled very quickly (drywall contractor arrived within 24hrs). Jobsite cleaned up perfectly.

Ancillary items like removing and re-installing gutters and incidental trimwork are not their specialty. I needed to fix a couple of those things, but not a big deal.

What a pleasure to deal with a contractor who does exactly what he says he will do, precisely on time, with the highest quality and prompt communication, at a fair price -- with no surprises! I would definitely contract with Madison Roofing again, except that my new roof will surely last longer than I will.

The crew showed up every morning by 7:30 and was at it shortly thereafter. They were all courteous and hard working.
