Do not use them. Over priced. Worst communication. Installers broke daughters glass figures and did not say any thing. Sales feels was mis leading. Office said one thing installer told another. Sales brag about that microband technology installer did not know said it was basic acrylic. They can not give you break down price of labor and materials or they would have to charge for time and taxes to get that cost it would cost another 5k

I'm very disappointed. People did not finish the job, and I told the people to come and finish, or else I would not pay them. I am going to see a lawyer and sue them. I demand money back in my account. I'm very disappointed. They left it. They had to take parts out, so they could install stuff. They did not decorate anything. They said they don't decorate--they don't do this, and they don't do that. It looks awful

They did not come when they were supposed to come for the initial install. I had no water so they had to come back out and turn the water back on.

The tub is fine, but the workers were so hard to deal with - poor communications, lack of follow-up

Matrix Bath Systems did a great job in a timely fashion and were very professional. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it.

Price was fair and the product was good quality.

I would not recommend Matrix Bath Systems. The company is a cheat. All of the materials were not brand name. The used the cheapest materials. What they promised was not delivered. I would not even recommend them to my cats.

Matrix Bath Systems refused to finish the job and has not followed up with me. They knocked the floor out and did not clean up under my home. The salesperson did not relay my concerns before the job was started. I still have a soft spot on my floor. I was told I would receive a gift card after my review, and I have yet to receive it. I bought a few fixtures after being told I could use them for the installation, but I had to put in an additional request for the installation crew to do it. Additionally, the color of the sealer does not match the rest of the remodel.

Matrix hired out my job to a sub contractor who did a terrible job installing the tile backer board that was quoted. They had to come back and take down the previous work and redo it. The second contractors that came out were two gentleman who worked directly for Matrix, they completed their work properly.

They went over and beyond, using their experience and imagination to make sure that we truly had a finished product when they walked out the door. When we had a problem, Keith resolved it on his day off. I would strongly recommend this team for they did everything to make me happy.

Very satisfied with wet area product and labor. However project manager inept and company owner who was privy to lack of communication, miscommunications, and delays caused by him (in the know by being copied on email by other employee) took 2 weeks 2 react, stating basically , "I don't need to know this. X is good at his job. X, follow up with clients when you say you are going to." The project began in April. By the time we finished in July, we ended up communicating directly with the cabinet company ourselves because they were a dream compared to our project manager. We never got the cabinet hardware the project manager discussed with me via email in May, so my husband just ordered the Moen stuff that matched our fixtures online. It was a sunk cost for which we we got a small credit but worth it to have it over. The workers were fantastic. It's too bad that they operate this way, or we would have hired them again for master bath and basement.

I would never have thought that an inch here and there would increase the ease of showering. It is incredible. Nothing seems to get dirty. I see no mold. The new shower is great.
