Matt's Exterior's is hands-down the best residential roofing contractor in our area. They gave us a competitive quote to replace our entire roof, gutters, and chimney cap. They explained how the process would work from start to finish with our insurance company, and within two weeks of agreeing on scope of work and making material selections they had a crew on site to perform the work. It took them a total of only 1-1/2 days to completely replace the roof on our house plus our detached garage. Their work crew was here on time every day, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. We could not be happier with the results. Also, even though our Home Owners Insurance played hardball, Matt and his office support worked tirelessly as our advocate through the entire process to get final payment. I cannot speak highly enough for this contractor's commitment to superb workmanship and customer satisfaction!

Everyone we communicated with at Matt's Roofing was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. We are completely pleased with the personnel we encountered and with the finished roofing on our house.

There are many roofers to choose from. Not the cheapest nor the most expensive estimate we got. Estimates can be deceiving based cutting corners or doing it right, using quality materials. So it came down to do you trust the sales rep or Matt, the owner. We did. All work done in accordance with written agreement, but we think they did a little more, than expected. Matt's focus was doing it right and we noticed he personally came at least 3-4 times to check and had no problems in climbing onto the roof. We replaced the roof, chimney walls, gutters, and most of the siding, exterior painting (2 coats of Sherman Williams paint) in addition to replacing any areas where there was wood rot - a tedious work. The roofing team worked like a team and quickly got the job done, like bees. Cleaned, replaced bad planks and painted 3 decks, too. At the end, cleaned up and left no debris outside. Exterior looks like a new house. Days after completion of entire project, a tornadoes destroyed homes and structures all around our home. Everything stayed on and nothing came off from our home. The work was done right.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Communication with Matt and his staff was fantastic. Their professionalism, and the ease and competence in the way they installed a specialty shingle on my complicated roof was wonderful to see. The shingles look great. Matt even took the time to install some architectural finials and a weather-vane on my roof by himself after the rest of the work had been done. I'm sure the reason for this was that he's a perfectionist and wanted to make sure the work was done correctly.

Awesome experience. I had roof damage from Irma putting a tree through my roof and causing structural damage that had to be completed first and then immediately had to have the roof replaced. Matt's coordinated their schedule with the contractor's and were there the next morning after the repairs were completed and started my roof. I just love it!

I worked with Craig, he came over again after I called him, and I want to recommend him very highly. He was efficient when he gave me the price of the roof and he came back today to check up on it.
