I have heard horror stories about other housing companies. From lack of quality, to efficiency, and not coming back to fix issues. We only heard good things about middletown so that is why we chose this company. As a new home buyer, this process was frustrating and sometimes hard. The only easy part was middletown. There was never an issue, and our project manager was great.

We had a subpar experience with our original sales rep, who left the company during the design / build process, and if I would do it again I would want a salesperson who was better able to answer our initial questions about the home / process. Once he was off the project, our experience was vastly improved. I would also have liked to see better communication between MHS and PennWest, the manufacturer of our home model, as we had some major delays on things like windows and some other parts that significantly slowed the finishing process. This wasn't necessarily MHS's fault, especially with respect to the windows, but there were some frustrations with delays and a few instances of lack of knowing when things would be delivered / installed.

They helped me get my loan from a company that was giving me trouble every step of the way. They always answered all my concerns and issues. The house is beautiful.

Home has Structural Damage and Moisture damage have safety and health risk poor service.

Working with Hailey, Tony, Ben and all the rest of the folks at Middletown Homes was a great experience. We have never purchased a custom built home before, and they walked us through the process and answered all of our questions and made it easy. Hailey was the nicest person to work through the planning process with and she was always cheerful and smiling when we met with her. Tony and Ben are very knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice on the mechanics and finishing of our home. We would recommend Middletown Homes to new home buyers, and especially Hailey, Tony and Ben to work with.

We have searched for years for our future home. We have went to other manufactured home places, and Middletown Homes has been the easiest to deal with. They were straight forward the whole time, they all were great to talk to, and always replied in a timely manner!

Good and bad experiences. The initial salesperson led to many, many frustrations. After discussing with upper management, a new salesperson was assigned which salvaged the sale and greatly improved the experience.

Do not recommend at all. Find another option.

We contracted Middletown homes to construct a new PennWest home (the Sierra model) on our recently acquired land in central West Virginia. Construction was done in a timely and professional manner. Bruce was there in person and witnessed the majority of the work on the house. The crews were efficient and paid close attention to details to make sure the job was done right.
