Midwest Rock Tops has a beautiful selection of granite. Jade, the specialist who helped us with our selection was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Having a scheduled appointment to look at samples was great as we had dedicated attention. Communication was clear and their response to questions was quick. Our installation went smoothly and our countertops are beautiful!

After we had chosen a remnant we loved we were told it was unusable and had to pick something else. There wasn't anything comparable, we settled for one and had it installed. After installation there has been a film on the countertop I am still trying to get off, our backsplash was cracked and not mentioned and the installer asked to use our bathroom. Also unhappy with the placement of the holes for the faucet. They were drilled too close to the sink and the faucets could not be correctly installed.

This is my third project with you and I was disappointed this time by the two assistants of the install crew!

Midwest Rock Tops was quality and integrity from the beginning through completion of work and beyond!
They offered to replace my large island piece due to flaw in center, discovered at installation.
At no additional charge, they removed and replaced that island piece.
They said what they were going to do, then did everything they said.
Great displays, great assistance all along the way. Love these guys and love the end result!
