It was great to know that everything was in good hands and going along according to plan when we couldn't be there to keep an eye on it all. Additional Comments - If only every contractor I have ever had was this competent and a pleasure to work with. Patient with my changes, clear in messages and additional costs incurred and I felt no cutting corners, only professional workmanship.

I liked working with Dave. I thought he as very professional. The subs were very friendly. They did great work.

Loved the communication throughout our remodel. We always knew ahead of time when workers would be in our home, and they always arrived as scheduled. The end product is better then we could have hoped for. They will certainly be coming back to do additional work for us in the future!!

Dave Miller, his master carpenter Josh, and workers Nick and Tyler did an amazing job on my house. I had the house sided, new front door with an added portico, new garage door, a 14' x 16' four season addition, 12' x 12' deck, new gutters and down spouts, hardwood floors, installation of 3 outdoor motion sensor lights and state of the art electric work done. It has transformed the house and looks amazing. Their initial bid came in over $10,000 less than some other reputable builders in the area. The work was quality work. The products are high quality. I felt like the crew was always approachable and tolerant of my many questions. Dave Miller is an honest, caring contractor who is true to his word. I am already thinking of having his company come back to complete another project. Pleased as punch! Nothing but praises here!

Suggestions For Improvement - There is really very little room for improvement in this area, as they did a great job. Given that our project was a full kitchen renovation, Miller Construction made it as seamless as possible.

Dave Miller and his workers are true professionals. A construction project in the house can be stressful. They took the stress out of it. They kept the jobsite clean and always responded to questions and concerns throughout the job.

Areas Of Satisfaction - During demo the crew was very careful to drape the hallway and surrounding rooms to keep things as clean as possible. Attention to detail, and doing the little things to finish off the project. Very pleased with the final outcome.

We couldn't have been happier with Dave and his crew. We have two very large decks that needed to have the deck boards replaced, and Dave provided a professional and accurate estimate, and was able to start the job sooner than I had hoped. His crew arrived on time and worked long days, and at the end of each day did a great job cleaning up. They knew we were planning to have a party the following weekend and did everything they could to finish by then, even though I told them it was not necessary. Although the job was not completely done by then, they went out of their way to block off ends and neaten everything up so that it both be safe and look great for the party, and we really appreciated that! At the end of the job we had a punch list - some valid requests and some picky ones - and they took care of every one without questioning them. Overall we are very happy with our newly updated deck and the work that was done by Dave and his crew. They are very nice and professional to work with, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone!
