We had used Mr. Floor 8 years ago and had all of our floors redone. They did a good job and would have received 5 stars on the initial job but it averages to a 3. We called them back because we had a water issue several years later. Water got underneath the tiles and they buckled. When they repaired it we weren't really happy with the job they did. We paid $1300 for a small repair of 3 squares. They did not do a good job and I said something to one of the repair men and he said that was the best they could do at this time to repair it. I said thank you and have a nice day.

Other than the fact that everything they have done is absolutely beautiful, they cleaned up after themselves. It is unbelievable, the work they did is great. I am very pleased with Mr. Floor.

In general, the floor work was very good, but there were details that were ignored, and it's costing us money to repair.

The floors were excellent. The color was excellent. The guys that came in and sanded and did the work, were really good. They were informative about what they were doing, and how long it would take.

The quality of work was really good, and the finished prodcut was excellent. They weren't sure they could match the new flooring to the old flooring, but it matched perfectly as if it is the same floor.

Everyone was professional from beginning to end. The work was done in a timely fashion, and it was a quality job. All my questions and concerns were addressed immediately. They obviously had a lot of experience and could explain what they'd be doing so I could easily understand. The work team was professional and respectful. I'd highly recommend!

Overall work good, but attention to detail was not as good.

The quality of the work is good but coordinating the labor on site and communication is an issue.

Overall I am happy with Mr. Floor. The floor is good quality and the salesman was good. The installers were awful. They did not put the floor in correctly and I have many gaps. They had to come back on a Saturday and rip out some of the floor but I still have gaps in the entryway.

I already have recommended Mr. Floor to friends and I would use them again if I was in need of the services they provide.

I have ordered floor cleaning products and he has personally delivered them to my home! And Joe Sosic as production manager was friendly, efficient and available by text and email. I especially appreciate the daily email communication.

They did a terrific job. I mean, we had some issues that came up here and there just with the, you know, with the condition of my floor. They did a great job with repairs. You know, some little things came up and they were quick to a solution. I mean, to be honest, I have the best wood floors around now. They did a phenomenal job. They deserve an A overall. I already have recommended them.

Well, I think their attention to detail and their availability to explain any questions I had all the time made it positive. They put in a kitchen floor, tile floor, and then replaced a piece of Pergo that we had torn up in the kitchen in the hallway. I'd give them an A overall. I have recommended them before.
