They also communicated very well regarding the timeline and followed up with me to get my decisions regarding the design, the type of glass, and the hardware to be used. The installation required a good portion of a day, but they were working with 113+ year old brick and mortar on the house. My Door Company followed up with me as to how the door is working post-installation and are responsive to questions and concerns. Their knowledge of doors and installation on older homes is excellent. It's clear that the company is passionate about doors. They take great pride in their workmanship and customer service.

My Door replaced two doors for us. The scheduling and pricing was handled by my HOA, so I'm unfamiliar with those details. However--I'm very pleased with the quality of the doors. The crew was careful to install and adjust each door properly. They were also friendly and answered all my questions during the installation.

We had three custom doors made. One was for an awkward space in an old pole barn. The doorway was exceptionally tall and wide and the surface underneath a bit uneven and the walls unfinished. No worries! The door is spectacular with a wide threshold and jamb and an overhead window. The finished product is stunning. Greatly appreciated the attention to detail at every level, adding a trim piece under one of the interior doors and a piece of trex under the exterior door to make it more weather (and snow shovel) resistant. I don’t have any experience with knotty alder, and it turned out beautifully. My husband and I were unsure of colors and ended up going with Chris’s and Reed’s recommendations and opting for a split finish, which was so masterfully done.

We looked for a new door at a few door places. None seemed as professional with the likelihood of a trouble-free job as My Door Company did. We also had a recommendation from a neighbor. The installation was clean, took 1 day for installation, 1/2 day for touch up a couple days later. Our door is beautiful and 100% custom. Rustic walnut outside, poplar inside. 40 in door panels with 14 inch sidelites. Aquatex glass with Low-E3/Argon. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for Custom Entry Doors. These guys knocked it out of the park.

Working with My Door Company has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From designing the door, touring the shop where it's made, to the final install it was a super smooth process (for both of the doors we ordered). Reed was super responsive, and the installation was great. Our front door was especially challenging b/c it's a round top and we live in an older home. Reed and his dad were extremely dedicated to making sure the fit was perfect and even came up with a super creative solution to work around an issue they encountered that made it difficult to anchor the door into our existing interior bricks. I can't think of another company that would put in the much time and effort to ensure a great fit with a challenge like that.
