I would very very highly recommend NIH homes to anyone wanting a custom home build. Rob, the real estate agent was very professional & worked with me through out the pre-build & during the build process. Our home was a 100% custom build, so I was not sure how the house will turn out. All we were looking at were blue prints & drawings. But they kept us updated in every phase of the house build. Jeremy, one of the NIH Owners gave us a wonderful home based on our budget. There was no cost negotiations but we absolutely love the quality & the standard of home that we got for the price that we paid.. Our designer, Teresa was very accommodating during our selections helped us pick the right "everything" for our home.!!. We are loving every single day living in our new home :)

We purchased the house near completion (awaiting landscaping and sod only) and we were very impressed with the level of communication from the NIH staff as well as the detailed home walkthrough were all the pertinent contractors were present to explain the features of the house. When evaluating builders it was very clear that NIH built a better quality product. The three sons of the founding owner manage the business and we're excellent in frequently communicating with us, and clearly explaining our choices and expectations. The NIH homes were the only ones with the same guys, day after day. One of NIH's guys was the first car here and the last to leave every day.
