Respect their patience and quality of process to assist buyer in layout and aesthetic details, selection of options, precision of architectural guidance, attention to detail and completeness. I could go on and on, but am running out of kudos...lol.

Because of Mike Brindle, so far I would gladly recommend Nations Homes. However, since it's early in the construction phase, it's too soon to tell if this will continue to be our full recommendation. I'd like to see another survey later on.

Nations Homes provided us a low stress building process of our new home due to timely communication and knowledge of staff! We used the Builder Trend portal a lot so that we could be kept in the loop since we were living in Virginia during the building of our house. Brian Anderson, our Superintendent, also kept us in the loop by reaching out with questions for us as well as answers to our questions!! Therefore, we had no uh-oh surprises!! He is top notch! We are extremely pleased with the quality of our home! Nations Homes delivered on everything we asked for! We highly recommend them!!

I am not happy with their process,They are charging something called a buyers premium on plumbing fixtures,instead of just passing on the additional cost.Things that were suppose to be in budget,no are not.It seems that the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing.I will recommend to my friends that are moving here go with a builder that go,s through the process and lets you know what the final cost is,with no surprises as you go along

The salesman that my mom dealt with Joe is most definitely not true to his word and I would never deal with him again. He told my mom yea to Hingis she wanted verbally but did NOT follow up on paper and took advantage of her (she did tell him that she did not read English nor prints and contracts) since her English is poor and she is a senior in her eighties. I feel he promised her everything but did not deliver what he said he would verbally.

The actual finished product is a beautiful home. I am very happy with my home.

Nations Homes is basically a great company. Building a house is a strenuous process and sometimes communication was a little off, but they addressed all of our concerns and overall we are pleased with the finished product.

Every thing about the entire process of selecting a building site, the design of our custom built home, the process of selecting special products i.e. lights, tiles, crown moulding, and other "unique" desires we had were met without any problems. The Construction Manager, Tye Warren and Selections Coordinator, Heather DeGiovine, were truly exceptional in every "challenge" I gave them. Never once did they fail to immediately return my text or phone call and provide answers to my questions. My wife and I are completely satisfied with every aspect of Nations Homes building our home in Grand Dunes, Myrtle Beach S.C.
