We had Nationwide Lifts install an elevator (servicing 3 floors) in 2021 and annual maintenance performed thereafter. All work is provided by very polite and professional individuals. The elevator is extremely reliable. We are quite happy with their service and highly recommend them.

After getting the runaround by two other lift companies, someone suggested Nationwide and I could not have been happier. They were knowledgeable, nice, and offered an alternative product to fit our needs that was a 40% savings to the 'other guys'. Our installation required carpentry work done prior to the lift installation. Terry met with the carpenter to explain what needed to be modified in order to install the elevator/lift. Also, the driveway to the house has about a 70 degree incline so the delivery flatbed couldn't make a "normal" drop-off of the lift. Their expertise with how to handle the equipment was critical in figuring out how to get it up the driveway. After the installation....which went very smoothly and exactly as I was expecting... they stayed to allow my elderly parents to use it with their guidance. The lift was installed to give my Dad freedom to get in and out of the house unescorted. However a month after the lift was installed, my Mom broke her hip. If we didn't have the lift, I would have needed an ambulance to get her in and out of the house for medical visits. Initially the lift seemed like an extravagance, but it quickly became a necessary tool to allow my parents maintain their independence in a very safe manner.
