My wife and I could not be happier with the results from New Concept 180. Going through a 5 month gut rehab is a painstaking process, especially since we lived through the process. Gideon prepared us for this and was unbelievable to work with during this process. In fact, my wife an I commented almost daily that we could not imagine going through this project with anyone else. We had several friends go through similar projects, all of whom had at least a couple major issues or problems arise. We had zero major problems, zero. Gideon does a wonderful job in setting expectations and, most importantly, staying on budget! He is not the cheapest contractor on the block, but honestly, would you want to work with the cheapest guy on the block? You get what you pay for with Gideon, which is first and foremost, exceptional craftsmanship, along with great customer service and responsiveness, which in the contracting industry rarely occurs. I can not recommend New Concept 180 high enough....they are amazing.

Expertise

Expertise - We had quite a difficult idea to the changes of our house, which included removing a large, load bearing wall. They were able to safely accomplish our vision in the best way.

Budget

Budget - Our costs w/ NC 180 only changed because we added additional work during the project timeframe. There were few surprises during the project, but those did not impact the cost of our project. Gideon is an extremely trustworthy and honest professional in the industry that I would recommend to anyone looking for a high end remodel/renovation.

Value

Value - Again, this is for higher end work, so not a contractor for someone try to get something done quickly and on the cheap. But if your interest is in high quality craftsmanship and an unreal end result, Gideon is your guy.

Gideon responds promptly in a cheerful manner to the issues and concerns which arise during the remodeling of a kitchen and two baths. He delivered a beautiful finished project and his attitude remained upbeat during the inevitable punch list.

I feel very lucky to have worked with such a great company on the remodel of my home. They did a wonderful job. I was impressed by their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and also their communication with me. Anytime I called, texted or emailed Gideon, I always received a fairly immediate reply. I would hire New Concept again and have already recommended them to friends.

They listened to exactly what we wanted, worked within our budget, were flexible around our schedule & completed the job in a very timely manner. I could not be more pleased with the work they did and will definitely use them for any painting or similar work in the future. They did a meticulous job and accomodated many strange requests - painting the exterior of an old clawfoot tub, painting old radiators, putting wallpaper on stair risers, etc. They communicated well with me throughout the process. The workmen were thoughtful, pleasant, and hardworking.
