New Outlooks Construction is a first class, professional outfit suited to handle jobs of all sizes and scale. Jon (the owner) and his staff treated our home and us with nothing but respect. The team would all arrive together in several trucks on-time every day and they would leave the house in stellar condition when they left. Jon would show up on the job daily to check on progress, answer any questions or bring issues to our attention. The most amazing thing with Jon is that he will tell you what you need and actually tell you when you don't need something. Most other outfits will just “yes" you death and look for the bigger job. When the work was completed, we received numerous compliments about the quality of work from our neighbors. Unless you are a person that will only work with the absolute lowest price out there, you will find the pricing fair. To me it's worth the investment in your home to know you are getting quality work for a good price. I was sad to see them go, but I will definitely see them again for the next round of updates.

Big caveat being the price. They definitely are on the expensive side.

They have a great handyman service for those of us who are not blessed with those skills! No job is too small.

The entire process was a pleasure and a nonevent for our family. This was especially surprising given the fact that we have two small kids and this was a major remodel. Each and every day before leaving they cleaned the house enough to ensure that the kids would be safe and happy. I cannot recommend them enough.

I can not say enough about how wonderful everyone at New Outlooks has been. My job could not have been an easy one for them as it involved my entire house due to smoke and water damage. A special thanks out to Ben (the lead carpenter) who was always went out of his way to be sure everything was done right the first time. He was here when other contractors were on the job, many times when I could not be home. There was never a time when I felt alone on the process. Candice my designer was wonderful, I now have a kitchen much is more functional not to mention beautiful. I felt that Jon the owner was attentive to any questions or concerns I had during the entire process. I would like to thank Candice Fete for all the help she provided during the process. We had a vision and she helped us achieve it. The entire staff was respectful and pleasant to work with. Working in the construction industry myself, i had some doubts and headaches about some of the burdens i deal with on a daily basis but this experience with New Outlooks was one with Great results. We had 2 Bathrooms and the Kitchen done by NOC in 2016 and they all came out great. Great Job.

Professional staff. Fully competent with task at hand as they're punctual on meeting timelines. I highly recommend their services as they replaced our back entrance steps and deck with Wolf composite planks paired beautifully with black aluminum railings. Great job on installing LED flood lights in ceiling living room as well. Thumbs up fellas!

Overall we had an excellent experience with New Outlooks Construction. Their communication was excellent, they actually stuck to the schedule and, most importantly, our house looks beautiful. We did not have to deal with subcontractors at all, which saved us a lot of time and frustration. New Outlooks Construction is expensive. The project we did could have been done for less money, however the fact that NOC handled all the details and actually finished on time had a great deal of value to us.

New Outlooks Construction did a terrific job in restoring and repairing my bathroom shower/tub area. This work included demolition , construction, installation of a new window, plumbing and tile work. The workmen arrived on time and were true professionals. They paid attention to every detail and did meticulous work. Cost estimates were accurate and clearly stated. Now I know what it feels like to hire true professionals. I recommend them to anyone who is need of home repair or remodeling. I plan on having them work on more projects in the future.
