We love the new space! We had quartzite walls and countertops, heated floors in the bathroom, floor to 13' tall closets. It was a complicated vaulted ceiling and it looks fantastic!

Michael was with us from May to October and we lived in the space the whole time. He understood my sense of humor. We were sorry to see him go. He was capable, kind, creative, and respectful. On several occasions during the remodel the Otterbeck team pointed out to us items that needed to be addressed that we might not have ever noticed. A sink that had to be moved a fraction of an inch, a squeak on a floor we might not have noticed for a while, a stripped screw, a scratch on a vent, a crooked wall plate, etc. They clearly wanted us to be happy with the final results with no surprises or sub-standard workmanship.
