I would not recommend. We paid what I would consider a premium based on promise of a well managed project and expecting a crew of experienced tradesman and a well managed project. I feel like we received a two man crew, trying to do their best that took more time than it should have and delivered a substandard project. If I want one or two guys, feeling their way through, I could have hired my cousin...literally.

Everyone at Otterbeck was easy to work with, detail oriented, excellent communication and craftsmanship. We are very happy with our bonus room renovation and highly recommend Otterbeck for any renovation work.

We love the new space! We had quartzite walls and countertops, heated floors in the bathroom, floor to 13' tall closets. It was a complicated vaulted ceiling and it looks fantastic!

Michael was with us from May to October and we lived in the space the whole time. He understood my sense of humor. We were sorry to see him go. He was capable, kind, creative, and respectful. If you remain that way for 5 months, it is a testament to your respect for the homeowners and your own craft.

Quality Of Materials - The paint does not seem to be great. It rubs off the walls when we slide paintings up and down to hang or when we hung the curtains and the rod brushed the wall. No dings just paint wipes off down to smooth paper. Weird. The paint on the threshhold for the French doors is already chipped.
