During COVID, it has been extremely challenging to find a landscape company that not only could support our project, but we could also trust that they would see it through. We did have some initial reservations when first reaching out to Outside Landscape given how quickly they could start work on our project, however, it rapidly evaporated. The professionalism, the communication, the sense of ownership and pride this company has for their work and the relationship with their clients is outstanding. They truly stand behind their statements that they want you as a customer for life. We knew this project would be the first of many and I cannot think of going anywhere else to have our additional landscape work done than Outside Landscape.

They laid down 4x8 wood boards to protect my walkways, made sure nothing was broken, cleaned up after themselves, and they were fast and speedy but with great quality. They did my job in four days, and I can't even say enough. The stone masons built a wall in one day and put in our 23 stone steps in one day; it was awesome.

They are not completely finished, but so far I would recommend them. They are coming back in the spring to plant some flowers.

Rick and his team are a very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Ray and Outside Landscape Group did an exceptional job for us. Communications, design and quality of work were all top notch. We had some drainage challenges that he was very mindful of and he also incorporated what he could from our builder's landscaping. He came with a variety of ideas and was good at accommodating our requests. We worked with another vendor for a pool installation during this same time and that vendor was a disaster. Ray was beyond patient in working around them and getting us out a mud pit as soon as was possible. We found Ray's communications and proactive updates very helpful, and frankly atypical for a contractor. His teams were respectful of our property and keep things clean and orderly. They also showed up when they said they would. His recommended subcontractors also worked out well. Overall, we were thrilled with the outcome and the process to get there. We would recommend highly recommend this company.

Communication - Ray's communications were excellent overall. He was listened to us, was proactive, followed up. Way better than any other contractors we've worked with to date.

Schedule - Ray went above and beyond to work around our pool project delays. I really appreciated it as neither of us had great visibility into the pool contractors schedule, which I'm sure made it hard to Ray to schedule us.

Between the weather and the pool guy, he kept us updated, worked whenever it was possible and completed the job in a much shorter time frame than we would have expected. We really enjoyed working with him and also thought he did a great job.

Areas For Improvement - There were just a couple instances when one plan had been agreed to and something in the topography (for example), caused Ray to change his plans. He proceeded with those new plans without running it past us (i.e. the low brick wall). We usually agreed with the change in plans but would've liked to hear them first and discuss any potential alternatives before he proceeded.

I thought the plans that they presented before we got started were well thought out and thorough. The project management overall was really good. I'd give them an A-.

Outside Landscape Group did everything as planned. They kept to the plan and pretty much kept on schedule. They did backyard renovations. I'd rate them as an A.

They were easy to work with. They did landscape design, installation, some hardscaping. I would give my overall experience an A. I would recommend them.

The follow up I did not like. They did landscape, concrete, driveway. I'd give them a C.

They're great. They're wonderful. Rick and his group did a great job of assessing what we were looking to do in the time frame we were looking to do it. They were very good at assessing need and implementing the job. They did a beautiful job. The backyard required some grading and they fit the bill. I knew they were going to be able to understand how to get water to go where it was supposed to go and they did a great job. I'd say they’re an A.

Last year, they put in some plants and told me that they had kind of guaranteed some of their plants would be replaced if something happened to them and all of the plants did really well, but there were four or five azaleas on one side of the yard and they just didn't make it for one reason or another and we felt that we had watered everything and done everything. We called them before when they were fading and told them we're watering and they're just not perking up and they said there's a drought and they never would replace them. They never did. So we just replaced them ourselves this spring and that was the end of it. The other thing is that they did very good work, but when they came out you had to pay them $500 for a plan of your yard and that was non-refundable and that was all well and good, but they never did give me a copy of the plan, which I felt was kind of odd. But other than that, they really did do very nice work ; they did do a beautiful walkway and they did it very quickly and they were very clean and neat. Other than that it was a good experience, but it was kind of neutral. Some things were kind of wonky. I'd give them probably a B.

Just did a good job without me having to really prod them at all. Good job start to finish without me having to really micromanage anything. They did a big outdoor landscaping, hardscaping project for us. They created a big section of our backyard. They put in a patio, a fire pit, some steps, and a bunch of plantings. I'd give it an A+. I would recommend them.

The price is a little bit high. I liked everything except for the one pathway. I disliked the pathway because I thought it was going to be something else. I knew this was what it was going to be, but I wanted something else so I could avoid tripping. I was kind of assured the small pebbles were fine when I wear high heels and it'll be fine. I don't like pebbles as a pathway, so I wish I could change that, but those are it. Everything else was fine. I'd give them a B.

They were on time. They were able to finish the job in a timely fashion and did what I had to do within the budget I gave them. They were relandscaping my backyard and put a patio in. I'd grade them as an A.

Nothing in particular I liked about them. They were doing lighting, drainage, sod. I'd give them an A+ rating.

The person who came out and did our quote put a lot of time and effort into it. It made it feel different, a more personalized experience than other places that had come out and looked at the space. The quote itself and the drawings, the depiction of what we were going to do, it was very, very professional. It was very well done. I'd give it an A. It was a year ago. I don't think we had any problems. We've already recommended them.

Outside Landscape Group did super work. Super. I'm looking at it right now. It's gorgeous. It was absolutely positive. I liked their professionalism, the way they assessed the situation and gave me very clear drawing blueprints. They gave us a very good blueprint and gave us some options from low to high price so we could choose. After they started working, we made some changes and they had no problem with that. It's beautiful. It's been a year now. Everything is growing beautifully. The people in the homeowner association are no longer angry with me. I'd give them an A+.
