Jon Melby came to my home and gave me an exorbitant quote about two tree removals and 100 sq yards sod installing in my front yard. Two weeks later he did not deliver the contract,. When the contract finally comes is missing one tree and includes a regrading I did not ask for and never discussed about, but it was on my next door neighbor's contract since they had a drainage problem. When I asked to remove the regrading Ann called me and canceled my contract. Move on to better contractors.

John, provided a fantastic plan to upgrade front yard landscape. Crew was extremely good at installation and clean-up.

We are highly likely to refer PLM to friends and neighbors, and in fact have already done so. We could not be more pleased with the workmanship of the new perimeter fence as well as the complete overhaul and redesign of our backyard. We also had PLM refresh the landscaping in our front yard as well. We are so pleased that we already have future projects planned.

Working with PLM to transform my landscaping was the best experience I've had in years. My yard had become very overgrown and unmanageable. John Melby visited with me and shared his ideas and turned around a quote in timely manner. The PLM team cleared the yard completely and re-landscaped every inch in a week. While I couldn't envision the design myself, I had a 100% confidence and trust in the PLM team which far exceeded my expectations. Every scrap and piece of debris was cleaned up and yard is unique and beautiful.

The mondo the grass that they moved needed to be actually planted with some dirt around their roots. Many of them were merely popped into place between the flag stone. I had to add dirt, which I was not happy with having to do after paying so much. The extension does look great though.

Quality work at a fair price

I could not be happier with the PLM project. Every detail completed to my total satisfaction. It was obvious how the team was accustomed to working together and any member could fill in for another if needed. Congenial and cooperative.

I contracted with PLM to install low maintenance lower water requirements for shrubbery beds. They also completely resodded front yard in order to facilitate growing in shade and elimination of Dallis grass. I have still been plagued by Dallis grass. I also thought the decompressed granite would be effective in retarding grass and weed growth through it in beds, but have not experienced that so far.

PLM's salesperson was disrespectful at the end of the project.
