It was time for my wife and I to start thinking of the future, even though we are still very active we knew that day could come that getting in and out of a tub could be challenging. We had a walk-in shower installed. It is beautiful and very high quality with all the amenities you could ever want.

I am extremely pleased with the installation process of my shower. The two young men did an excellent job, they were on time and left the work area clean and tidy.

The original installation had a couple minor issues that needed to be addressed (poor patching job on ceiling and a loose shelf) It has taken multiple calls, missed appointments and not having correct parts and still not fully resolved over a month later.

The tub is nice but there were a few issues. We believed we were getting Kohler faucets but the faucets say made in China and we found them loose. There was a scratch on the top of the door and little bits of silicone on the tub. Also after they left, we found the sheet rock in the bathroom below cracked with a footprint. The workers were good to work with, but should have taken more care in their workmanship.

I extremely happy with the professionals who installed my shower, as well as the project manager who coordinated. I am NOT happy with my sales person, Francisco, who lied to me about a feature that, frankly, was something I wanted more than anything in this shower update. He told me that I should buy my own (handheld shower wand) and that they would install, they do it all the time. I clarified if there was anything specific I needed to buy and he said no. Turns out, they don’t do it all the time, and in order to install the one I bought, they would have to do a bunch of extra cutting in the ceiling. In the end, they couldn’t install it and they didn’t have one with them so now I don’t have this feature that I really wanted. Even though I am very happy with the work, this is actually a significant source of dissatisfaction that I cannot overlook.

Sales, installation, contacts and service people were all professional and great to work with. They made sure we were completely satisfied with all phases of the project.

I would recommend Pacific Bath and this particular team (Oscar and James) to anyone wanting a new shower/bathtub installed quickly and professionally.

They didn’t follow the plan that was decided, to make the wall completely straight with the shower. They also put the cheapest fittings in the heads of the showers that you could even possibly find. The ones I had in there I paid a lot of money for and was top of the line But they don’t match this shower so I can’t use it. Not very happy with how this turned out.

I don't think they are timely with their response. I wanted an issue to be resolved; the shower has been installed for a week, and the person who sold me the package, the $20,000 shower enclosure, said someone would call me back from the office in 24 hours, and it was 24 hours yesterday afternoon. I have not heard from anyone.

The quality of work and resulting beautiful shower
justifies the expense for us. We are well satisfied after contracting with Pacific Bath Company for our shower renovation.

People on the team for every step of the process were helpful and knowledgeable. We were impressed at the ease of getting the project scheduled and completed, and the result was a high quality shower. Only thing keeping the rating from a 10 is the cost, but we believe it will be worth it over the long haul.

Installation crew was great. was not happy with bid process, was told first bid was not accurate, was given 2nd bid which did not include the shower door.

I trust the Kohler name and company.

Did a nice job, but don't make final payment until all issues are resolved. If you do, apparently you'll never hear from Pacific Bath again.

The sales agent needs to go into more detail about the insulation. Don’t assume that the buyer will know the correct questions to ask. It’s the little things that can make a good sales or break it.

Pacific Bath rocks! We originally brought them in to assess replacing an existing shower stall with the Kohler Luxstone shower system. This shower system is wonderful - marble look and feel, without the huge cost. After assessing our original shower location, I threw out a wild idea of removing the existing but seldom-used bathtub instead, leaving room for a much larger shower system with three heads, including a rain shower. The assessor loved the plan and helped us design a great system on the fly. This helped us address multiple issues - an old/worn bathtub that needed replacement, a much larger couple-friendly shower system, and new room for much needed cabinet space in the old shower location. The installers were able to schedule us in about a month, and the installation only took two days plus a short walk-through/demo on the third day. All of the work was immaculate, and the installers were polite and friendly. Two months after the installation - we love every single shower we take. Highly recommended!

Honestly the price is on the VERY high end. Other than that we would recommend!

I cannot wrap my head around how this shower cost as much as it did. I would have trouble recommending this to anyone because so far I haven’t talked to a single person who thinks it was a good value. In fact, everyone I’ve mentioned it to has told me I got screwed. It is a nice shower, but the price for what we got was way too much.

Not likely to recommend and will post comment and review on social media to expect compilation to take 30+ days.

I highly recommend them. They were professional, on time, and in good communication. No surprises.

Excellent overall experience and quality. Have already recommended to my neighbor who intend to get a walk-in shower at some point though they have other things lined up first.
