We LOVE our Parkwood! The home is solid, beautiful, and has tons of premium finishes as standard that for most builders would be sizable upgrades. It just feels like home and the craftsmanship shows that the home was not built in a 'factory' mindset but with attention to detail. The home builder is semi custom which means you can pretty much do anything to make the perfect home for you. This is a huge difference from other builders who give you very few choices. As for the team down in Sterling Ranch they went out of their way beyond what was required to build the home we wanted. We did a lot of custom things to the home and they worked with us to make sure they were to our expectations. Any errors in the build process were addressed without any hesitation. They put the home buyer first and view things from your perspective while still balancing that with running operations as a business. Be aware that to get this kind of home it takes longer. It was worth the wait!

We will never buy with Parkwood Homes again...NEVER! Not only did we encounter countless issues and incredibly poor workmanship, but the builder had us call and meet with their subcontractors to resolve many issues ourselves making it impossible to work from home. We also replaced several damaged light fixtures, microwave, stove grates, etc... and made numerous repairs ourselves. In losing trust with the PM and his team, we began documenting everything and cc'ing the President of Parkwood Homes. Many of our kitchen cabinet doors/drawer fronts were damaged or warped. On several occasions a warped door was replaced with another warped door, this process continued throughout most of the year. On another occasion, two damaged cabinet drawer fronts were reinstalled upside down with the worker leaving without mentioning it. When brought to the PM's attention, allegedly it was not intentional. We took our custom kitchen knobs off the night before to make their job easier, so the builder put our knobs back on the damaged drawer fronts and reinstalled them upside down by mistake! This was just the beginning, we frequently encountered questionable actions by this builder/PM during the yearlong nightmare of repairs. We most assuredly well documented everything front start to finish!

The time between signing our contract and our anticipated closing date is 18 months; I don't know many people who can wait that long for a new house.

Based on craftsmanship so far. I want to see how some of our home issues get resolved.

After more than a year, we are finally close to getting the house that we should have had on day one.Many current and former Parkwood owners told us that they build a good home and they respond eventually and get things handled and fixed. We are still in that process (after more than a year) and our review may change if and when they fix all of our issues.

We had a fantastic experience with Parkwood. Our home is wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The team at Parkwood is professional and communicative. The house was finished right on the timeline they gave us when we signed the contract. They could not have done a better job.

Parkwood Homes is great. They have great service and great quality.

We are still so impressed with Parkwood even after closing. A lot of other builders "disappear" after the money is handed over but Parkwood consistently impresses with communication. I feel like Costel and Robyn are more like family now with nothing but willingness to help and answer questions if we have any. We had one little mishap the weekend we moved in but were able to get it fixed literally the next day. The mishap wasn't even the fault of the builder. We just keep commenting to ourselves that we made a great choice!

Parkwood has brought a truly innovative townhome design to Denver that blends with the Northfield neighborhood very well. Having gone through a 16 month build experience in this type of market we would be hesitant to consider doing this again although we are happy with the end result.

It was a very long and often frustrating process; be prepared to be very involved every step of the way. Looking back, it was also a fun experience in some ways & the people we worked with at Parkwood have all been great. In the end we have an incredible, unique home that we will stay in for many years to come. To end up with this great house... we would do it all again in a heartbeat! We LOVE our house!

I think it is a great quality builder but the process and communication needs improvements.

We went with Parkwood in our new build process because we thought they were one of the better quality homes in the area along with being able to customize our home for my parents to live with us. I loved the customization part but have been highly disappointed with the quality. I would hope that structurally this house is sound but who knows with how the workmanship is around the house. For the price that we paid, I expected better. For the price that is paid, i don't hear of any of these issues in Infinity Homes. We have our 11 month warranty coming up. This review is subject to change depending on how these workmanship issues are handled.

I have found Robyn to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She goes out of her way to explain things thoroughly and takes a personal interest in our homebuilding process.

The Parkwood homes are built beautifully and the quality is great. The staff we have worked with are helpful and responsive. We especially appreciate the get together's Parkwood puts together so we can meet our new neighbors before we even move in.

Overall a great product and great people to work with through construction and warranty.

Good builder so far.

So far (framing just started), the process and interactions with company personnel has all been positive. There has been some delays, but nothing major. Questions and concerns have been addressed in a timely manner. Concern that base price does not include all required items need by code - so expect some increase in base price due to required items - but this is communicated very early and up front. There has been no surprises.

Overall, building with Parkwood Homes has been an amazing experience. Thank you to the entire team.

Every person we dealt with at Parkwood was professional and reliable. They went the extra mile during the build process to accommodate all reasonable requests, and later when addressing the few warranty items they went above and beyond to address minor items we didn't even notice. The new build process can be stressful, but the folks at Parkwood Homes made it as easy and enjoyable as possible. Communication was great, promises were kept, and we felt that they took a genuine interest in our satisfaction. Keep it up!

Would not recommend Parkwood, the quality, workmanship, and customer service have all degraded considerably since they started in Stapleton. We had purchased a Parkwood in 2009 and really loved the product and the company then. We outgrew our house and so decided to get a bigger one through them. However, now in 2014-2015, it is clearly a different company. The only thing that matters to Parkwood is getting the buyer to purchase the house and pay regardless of the quality of what is being delivered; $800,000 just doesn't buy what it used to regarding workmanship and quality. Furthermore, it has been communicated quite clearly by their warranty department and subcontractors/contractors that Parkwood is only responding to homeowners' complaints at all because they have to by law, but do not truly feel they are under obligations to fix any of their mistakes. Parkwood has made it clear they are more concerned that the homeowner sign their legal documents to protect themselves from lawsuits, but will only come fix any problems if they absolutely cornered into fixing something. They've made it clear that leaking ceilings, poorly poured foundations, and streams flowing through our garage, and poorly installed fire sensors in the lights are illegitimate complaints and/or unnecessary whining from the homeowner, because the city approved their building plans. They have made it clear that the city's opinion is more important to Parkwood than the people who have bought the house and are (mistakenly) loyal customers to Parkwood. I would NOT recommend purchasing a home through them; would recommend considering one of the other builders in Stapleton.

While we love our finished home, we had such delays in the build timeline and miscommunication around that, that we would have to heavily qualify any recommendation.

Overall, Parkwood Homes did an outstanding job completing our home,although the 18 months from start to finish was not anticipated. At best, Parkwood Homes are semi custom with upgrades like windows, roofing, drywall thickness, garage size in length not permitted.Several employees like Sam, Mark, Genney & Heather performed far beyond there responsibility. There knowledge & willingness to "Get It Right" was outstanding.

Without a doubt! we have been thoroughly impressed with everyone's efforts so far.... Sam and Ashley have both been a pleasure to work with and Sam has gone the extra mile on more than one occasion.

Working with Parkwood has been a wonderful experience overall. Having built a house from scratch before, building with Parkwood was the best of both worlds because you have the opportunity to personalize your home in many ways, and to whatever degree you want, but the BIG items, such as picking a style/frame to begin with, and the nit picky items, like door jambs, outlet covers, and basic lighting needs are covered. We get a lot of compliments on our home.

It seems that the quality of contractors and quality of finishes has deteriorated somewhat and the materials used to build the house are fairly cheap (in line with the cheaper home builders) except the custom finishes we chose. This may vary on a house to house basis depending on who they send. These homes are made to look good however, and they do. But there are definitely some quality control issues that exist.

Love our home and ibuildingv a house is by definition a lengthy priocess. It was by far the most satisfactory customer service experience I have experienced. They took care of me but more importantly they took care of my wife in creating her dream home.

I would definitely recommend Parkwood Homes. They build you a custom home but with the ease of starting with one of their great floor plans. I was able to pick any finish I wanted within the budget I set. They were flexible with revising the floor plan so I could create a custom mudroom and first floor bedroom with french doors. They are easy to work with and have wonderful suggestions. I am very happy with my experience with Parkwood Homes.

Overall we love our new home, but it was a long and sometimes tedious process to build with Parkwood. We liked the ability to customize the floor plan and pick our finishes, but the level of craftsmanship that we expected in a new home wasn't there. We have hesitated having Parkwood do some warranty work because we feel like it might look worse than how it started.

Our experience may be a bit different from a good number of Parkwood buyers as we purchased a spec home that was mostly built and only were able to pick out a few of the finishing touches. We did ask for a few changes to be made which Parkwood was very accommodating with and made the process easy. Both Heather and Dede (Stapleton office) have been great to work with and have quickly answered all questions we've had.

This is our second Parkwood Homes out here in Denver. It has been a great experience. They built us a great home. We love going through the process with them. We have no complaints at all. We would recommend them to a friend.
