Areas For Improvement - I always have a positive experience with our techs who do the drain and clean. Sometimes Randy in the main office is a little... hard to communicate with, but he ultimately gets everything in place, so I appreciate that.

In the past I would have but I can honestly say that every time they have done work for us, they have always messed something up. I have made them aware but for some reason they have yet to get it right.

They had me do the measurements, which was fine, but I didn't know the hot tub cradle wouldn't work with their cover. I told them, if they had come out to the site ahead of time to do measurements, they would have noticed an issue with the cradle right from the start.

Called about warranty work on my hot tub on August 12, 2020. As of December 12, 2020 I am still waiting to hear from them after they did come at the end of September, but the hot tub failed to start. Good thing my husband is handy.
